It’s unfortunate that I’m having to write this, as I don’t like leaving negative reviews and I genuinely tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Even seeing the 4.9 stars and many great reviews, my experience with HomeTeam Pest Defense has consistently been disappointing. We’ve been with them for almost two years and the same issues kept repeating: not notifying us before coming, missing scheduled appointments entirely, technicians showing up 30+ minutes after the two-hour arrival

Everything started 2-3 months ago, trying to get rid of German roaches. Apparently we got them from Amazon boxes... They told us to empty every cabinet, closet... And we did it!
