We have a problem with spiders and cobwebs on our lanai every year…..it’s terrible and we have tried everything in the past. We called our exterminator “ Its a Bugs LIfe” last year and he came out and sprayed our cage and knocked down all the cobwebs……Problem solved ….Very reasonably priced. This is only an issue in the off season with all the rain and humidity. We had them out just last week for this year. Once again problem solved. We highly recommend “It’s a Bugs Life “ for all our indoor and outdoor pest control. They are the Best !!

Had a team member show up to do a "treatment" for an ongoing cockroach issue. The team member did not take it seriously and was less then pleasant to be with. When I asked for more information and more extensive treatment options he said he needed to talk to his boss. During his call, he said that "because I am from California, I am just not used to bugs and they are everywhere." This is an absurdity that I cannot comprehend. It is not normal to have cockroaches crawling on your walls even after multiple treatments from this company have been applied. I then called the company to discuss what had happened with the owner, and he would not talk to me about this because I am a renter. I would give it 0 stars if I was able to.

As the service agreement is with the owner such communications outside of the normal treatments are something that we would need to discuss with the home owner who has contracted the service and the treatment terms with us. That being said, when contacted by the home owner about the concern of the tenant, our technician who is a State Certified Pest Control Operator arrived to the property within 20 minutes of a call. When shown the photograph of the species, his treatment plan was identified to the tenant who refused to allow him to complete the service. The tenant was asking for a more intensive service which would be outside of the normal agreement. Again, we have spoken to the tenant directly and advised him of some things that he can do that will help rule out potential entryways into the home, and will be reaching out to the property owner to discuss what options they wish for us to undertake. Considering that we are living in a sub-Tropical environment insects will be an issue for those living here.<br>Products used today have different modes of action and will kill off the pest, however the pest control operator has NO control over where the pest dies from the treatment afforded.<br><br>After having talked to the owner and getting permission to proceed, the tenant does not want the technician to service the property.

I recently had Derek come out to handle a pest issue with ants and other bugs in the house, and I couldn't be more impressed. Derek was incredibly thorough, ensuring every nook and cranny was checked and treated. His attention to detail and dedication to doing a top-notch job was evident throughout the entire process. To top it off, he added a thoughtful touch by displaying an American flag just days before Memorial Day, which was a wonderful gesture of respect and patriotism. Highly recommend Derek and A Bugs Life pest control for anyone needing pest control services!

I am pleased with service so far. Timely service and wallet friendly option. If you are looking and pricing, check them out. Had to reduce to 4 stars. I have been having some scheduling issues recently. Hope they get this worked out.
