My experience with this fumigation company was excellent. They not only guided me through the preparation process, but they also provided bags to store medications and food to prevent contamination. Furthermore, they were very friendly and trustworthy. I didn't lose a single thing. On top of that, I compared prices with other companies, and believe me, what they charged me to fumigate my house was much less than the others. I highly recommend them.

The communication between this company and Terminix was awful. They stood on my front porch and said you will be back in your house on Thursday morning. We did not get back in until the Saturday after that, and no one contacted us at all. They cleared the house on Wenesday evening, and no one called us. We only found out when we went to the house the next day! Terminix would not give us their number or name so we could not contact them directly. We trimmed all our trees away from the house, but they still covered one tree and killed it. We did not hire them but I would not recommend

this company is complete mess. no respect to customers , terrible service. i used to have them for roach treatments. they never done job well and in a week i had roaches. i ordered termite treatment. first time-wrong wall. 2nd appointment -technician does not show up. schediled 3 appointment in few weeks. notice 30 min before service- no show! terrible. worst. never use this service

I was recommended these people through a previous renter of mine who turned into a friend, this will be the last time I ever use somebody he recommends. 1 star as these absolute rushing fools came to my home rushing without explaining anything, they told me they would put any food in bags. Let’s start with the first major mistake of them putting thousands of dollars worth of medical grade products that were in my fridge- into my freezer ruining them. WHY they did this is just plain stupidity, lack of care and poor worth ethic. Why would you see multiple vials of medication and put them in the freezer? Not a thought going through those brains because they are careless and want to wish to get paid with doing a crap job Second didn’t move my planter (there were Atleast 5 grown men who could have easily moved it) murdering my giant aloe plant. If I remember correctly one of the stooges said to me “sure your plants will be fine in a few days” which was a complete lie. The plant was destroyed. They also tore of some of my greenery decor from my fence without telling me anything. There was zero communication throughout the entire process from when they removed the tent to when the house was cleared. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL These people are absolute fools and no I would never recommend them. Use people who treat your home like they would their own and have the capacity to educate their clients properly. Do not give them your money and do not trust them stepping foot inside your home

They tent my house, after they left I found over 30 roof tiles broken. I contacted the company many times by email and phone calls they never responded to apologize or anything. Inspect your roof before and after they tent your house. I can understand a few broken tiles, but the amount of damage in my brand new roof is ridiculous.

As explained to you and in the documents signed, we prepare the exterior for the fumigation but we do not put it back this is up to the homeowner. The ladder that was taken was a mistake as all my trucks have the exact same ladders and I thought that my crew had left it behind, as I apologized for that. We do not need your ladder sir. I have not had a chance to take it back because we have so busy. It was will be taken back tomorrow as I told your property manager. We did an amazing job as we always do for your community, it’s a shame that you feel like you have to give us a rating like and try to hurt my company because you can’t understand simple things. WARNING Beware of this Company. The foul language from the workers and no respect towards your property. I speak Spanish and had to tell the workers while placing the tarp that they need to be more professional when working. The verbal manner in which they spoke while working in my house totally none professional or acceptable. It also showed (PICTURE ATTACHED) that they have no respect towards property as attached in picture they left a key jammed in my shed damaging the lock and also left their property still attached. I still wonder did all the neighbors receive a key back. If they don't care about the company's property or manner in which they conduct themselves they definitely don't care about your property either. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Personally, I like to apologize for any thing my workers may have said while they were doing their job. I assure you it was between themselves and typically not meant to hurt anyone. I was on the job site so I wish I would’ve known about this, but I was not told. Also the key that was left in your door is a security measure and all you had to do was call the office and we would have removed. It was just an oversight. I know that FUMIGATION was done correctly and that nothing was damaged on the property as I was present during all phases. I also gave back everyone their key. I’m sorry you feel like you had to post this, but I do my best to take care of my customers as I have been running my business for 25 years

Hello, I don't recommend it at least for fleas, they charge you 500 for two fumigations without guarantees or 600 for coming a third time, the technician very well told me where I have to fumigate and in the end every time he came there there were more fleas! !! I'm still dealing with the plague! It's impossible to walk outside my house without getting your feet covered in fleas!

Expensive. Initially guaranteed non recurrence of roaches and now post expiry of warranty period expiry informing that German roaches are not covered. Treatment was for German roaches from the beginning.
