Animal Rangers, Pest Control & Animal Removal

On time, good listeners, did exactly what they said they were going to do, solved my issue.

Paid $1300 for a 4 week treatment to eradicate frogs in backyard, not a big yard, in Hollywood Lakes area, and 6 weeks later still being woken up by endless multitude of frogs. At the tune of $325 a week for a service guy to come for 10 minutes to spray something that “irritates” them but does not eliminate them, not sure who can afford that - If this is the only treatment they offer, it’s basically saying we really don’t have a treatment but we’ll sell you something. Posting because it’s a bit of a hefty price to pay to have no lasting results. It quieted down during the weeks they treated but, again, my yard costs $55 to get cut by mowing company, it’s not large nor a jungle. Don’t know if in fact there simply aren’t treatments to get rid of frogs but those considering this route, good luck as for us it seems to have a been a major waste of money.

After calling several critter control companies and either not having a call back or getting very vague answers or having prices change by several thousand dollars throughout a series of text messages I called Animal Rangers and spoke with Matt. What a breath of fresh air. Friendly. Responsive. Informative. Respectful and committed to getting the job done. I hired them pretty much right away. Their prices were fair and the description of the treatment was over the top. We scheduled the team during the holiday weekend to arrive Monday and sure enough they arrived right on time. Their work was fantastic. They even cut the attic hatch and finished it so professionally. We are so over the top happy with them and would never use any other company now that we have worked with Animal Rangers. Matt is a man of his word and the team he sent was deserving of one hundred stars. We needed a great job and a quick turn around and they delivered. I am forever grateful.

Stay away from this company , hired them to get a raccoon out, they ghosted us without finishing the job and charged us $1000 , said their truck broke and would “send a tech “ they never did and stopped responding to us , completely ridiculous and unprofessional

Excellent service. 1st 2 guys I called were unable to find the animal. Matt was thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find and remove animal. They also did a great job sealing entry points and disinfecting the attic.

Matt was unbelievable! He professionally communicated all of steps throughout the entire journey, in evicting 2 male racoons, 1 female racoon and 6 baby racoons (kits) from our attic. He was extremely compassionate for those animals while doing his job. He was very informative and although at times, when the resolution to this issue at times might have seemed out of sight, he was able to explain the process with patience and understanding from a professional's perspective which made us at ease. I couldn't be more pleased with the results Matt was able to provide. I'd seriously recommend this guy if you're having any issues similar to ours. Thanks again Matt!

Most pests and creatures are a nuisance but some of them can be life or death. A bunch of cane toads were living under my porch and my dog was chasing them. Me and the neighbor called another toad company and came at night and swept the property and found no toads. The next morning they were out and about. I called Animal Rangers and Matt came with cages. I was shocked but within hours of placing 2 cages, they had toads in them. A total of 7 toads captured in one week. My dog ignores squirrels but hunts for lizards, baby iguanas, and toads so this was a very dangerous situation. Thanks again to Matt and Animal Rangers.

I had raccoons living in my attic all summer while I was away. They were very comfortable. So comfortable in fact SHE had 4 babies. This was a difficult job. From the very start the price was right and Shawn from Animal Rangers was very dedicated. He would stop by on almost a daily basis to see how we were progressing. Their methods were gentle and strategic. They are animal LOVERS which was the reason I chose them from the start. Compared to some of the “box store” exterminators I was super impressed at the level of knowledge and commitment to my home and the animals. I would recommend them to anyone that is wanting experience, kindness & dedication to the removal of animals on a budget.

I was finding dead honey bees inside my sun room for approx a month. Upon inspection outside, I found a huge amount of bees swarming around the outside of my home’s 2nd story area. I ran inside, googled bee removal and called Animal Rangers. Within 10 minutes, Matt returned my call. He stopped by that day, donned his bee keeper’s outfit and began treatment of my bee problem. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained his treatment method and that it might take a few treatments. As he predicted, it has taken him several treatments, but thanks to his determination and patience, I am bee free. I highly recommend Animal Rangers, and especially Matt! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Justin can to my house to inspect egress points for rats. He was very thorough, found the problem areas, which others had missed, and suggested repairs. Very helpful!

Useless and worthless clowns. Theres a snake in my area, a water mocassin, right by a side walk where CHILDREN walk by. Called these clowns like 20 times. Cops showed up and called them like 29 times. They did nothing. Worthless what is the point of you

Matt was very informative, professional and he showed up the following morning after I called him about a raccoon that had been a nuisance for about a month. The first few days, we didn’t catch anything, but finally we caught the raccoon and he took it away first thing in the morning after I told him it was in the trap. Highly recommend Matt for any raccoon or other animal issues.

Definitely thankful for hiring Matt to help me get my cats safely out of their hideaway when I moved. They were extremely empathetic and resourceful. I will definitely call them again if i move again, Riccardo and Matt are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely happy now that Im reunited with all my kittens.

Animal Rangers to the rescue. *Sad story: My wife came home and said, honey…my car smells like it’s going to catch on fire. Can you check it out please 🙏🏾 . So upon doing so, I found a cat lodged between her engine and fire wall. I told her to take it to the dealership. Well, at this point…it’s now an extraction. The dealership couldn’t get the cat out and called Animal Rangers. Ricardo was our technician and he probably had the best customer service manners ever. He and the dealership worked hand and hand on the extraction. This man was amazing!!!! It was definitely a tough, sad, smelly, and nasty job. Ricardo definitely delivered. He also cleaned and sanitized all surfaces including the dealership floor and equipment. Thank you Animal Rangers for the clutch response, the patience, and excellent service!

Alberto was my technician guy and I cant recommend him enough! From our initial conversation, Alberto was clear, patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and incredibly kind. He assured me that he will be able to evict the raccoons that were trapped in the attic and close all entry points at the property, and that’s exactly what he did! He came to the property every single day for a week and he also cleaned and sanitized the attic so the odor would be gone and to ensure there are no other animals trapped inside. Alberto went above and beyond and was always a phone call away for any questions or concerns. I had hired animal rangers to handle a rat job at the company i work for and we hired him to do monthly check in on the traps and I was so impressed with Mathew Jones. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys this job. He thoroughly explained everything and answered any questions we had. Whenever his traps caught something he came immediately to empty the traps and rest them. We are 100% satisfied with the services and would say for pest control Matt is who you want to handle the job!

Raccoon issues in the attic, lucky for us our technician was Matt. Matt clearly explained process, very knowledgeable, detailed oriented, hard working and dependable. Matt has been amazing as we deal with a situation in our attic! I had dealt with another (terrible) company before him, and the difference is so night and day. He is communicative and listens to my concerns and feedback in between his visit. Very professional and has a lot of knowledge. We had a Black Spiny Tail Iguana scratching under our shed and running along the sea wall. Since we have a big mango tree and lots of flowers, it was calculated placement of the trap by Chris that was successful in catching and removing the critter before it could cause more digging damage.
