Professional, respectful, polite, and a great price. Giovanni is a very good man. He is not only knowledgeable about pests and how to deal with them, he is very easy and nice to talk to. I initially called him in November with a pest question. Even though I was not a customer of his, he gave me great advice. I was using HomeTeam at the time and was dissatisfied with their service. So I talked to him in detail about what he does differently. He took 30-45 minutes of his personal time, after hours to address my questions and I soon became a customer. I just had my 1st service today because it had been 3 months from my previous people. Giovanni had scheduled with me ahead of time and made sure the time was ok. He texted again to let me know he was on his way. He did a very thorough job. This gentleman provided all the services he discussed. His price is very reasonable compared to these big companies with technicians that do not care or don’t give you what you pay for. Giovanni goes above and beyond in making you feel comfortable and important. He takes his job seriously and he is just an all-around nice man. I enjoyed chatting with him and will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality pest control.

We had another company for pest control. The were at the house probably 5 minutes for an outdoor rreatment and they didnt sweep for cobwebs. Giovanni was at our house for probably 20 minutes (it was his first visit, so he had a lot of catching up to do) and you could see the difference (no more cobwebs!). As all companies customer service is strong to get the customer on board. Then you contact with a problem no response, message on social media and finally get a response. Now wants to charge for in between services when there is a problem. Good Luck!
