We have been using PHS Professional Horticultural Services for quite some time. Dealing with Colton Deiser has been the best experience. They always show up on the date we are told they will be coming and they are very knowledgeable. Anytime I have a questions, even not related to what they do to our lawn, I get a timely response from Colton and is always willing to answer any questions even when i have to ask again. After they treat the lawn, I get an email that day explaining what they performed and instruct how much watering we should do and how much per area of the lawn. Our lawn is one of the best looking lawn in our community and have gotten so many compliments. Thank your Colton to you, your employees and your company.

Just switch from "Plan It Earth" after they destroyed our lawn and so far we're very happy with our experience, starting with sales rep. Colton, customer service over the phone and work being done by the technician, Taylor. I was having an issue with what looked to be permanent damage to a lot of my new landscape. It happened after many days of freezing temperatures in Sarasota. Colton and Nick both came out one day after I called, went around the entire yard evaluated everything took the time to explain and inform me of what needed to be done. I am 100% satisfied with their service and expertise. I would highly recommend PHS. Thanks guys!!

They worked with me on the the schedule, the price was exceptional, and the work they did was fantastic. My flower beds are so much better off than they were.

I rarely leave reviews, but the exceptional service from PHS Lawn Care deserves recognition. After moving to a new home in Parrish this October, I watched my lawn turn brown due to drought. I initially tried to DIY the recovery with various fertilizers and research, but saw no results. My neighbor’s lawn, however, became lush and green almost immediately after PHS started servicing it. I decided to call them, and the experience was seamless. Colton scheduled an appointment around my schedule and provided a helpful arrival text. He walked the property with me, clearly explaining their plan to fix the nutrient deficiencies. Beyond lawn care, I asked about sprinkler repairs. Colton was honest about the costs but, showing true integrity, encouraged me to first contact my original installer to advocate for a warranty claim rather than just taking my money. He even declined a 'side job' offer out of loyalty to his company—a level of professional character that is hard to find. When Danny arrived for the application, he was equally professional, explaining exactly what he was applying. He even took a moment to help me with a DIY project I was struggling with in the driveway. PHS Lawn Care combines expert knowledge with a genuine 'customer-first' attitude. I highly recommend them."

Switched to PHS 2+ years ago and have been very happy to let them manage my lawn care!

We had a lawn a few years ago that was neglected by previous owners. PHS made it healthy again within a few weeks at a reasonable cost. So I called them for help with our current lawn which has a pest issue. Colton and Skyler arrived the next day, with precise and helpful info on what steps we need to take to bring the lawn back to health. I highly recommend PHS for lawncare needs—they are the best in Florida in my opinion. So thankful we found them when we first moved here. 5 Stars!

I didn’t plan on working with this company initially, but I’m so glad I did. After my first phone call, I wasn’t quite sure how things would pan out. However, on my second call, I was connected with Samantha. Although she wasn’t able to speak at that exact moment, she followed up incredibly quickly, which left a great first(second) impression. From there, Samantha was a constant presence, guiding me every step of the way. We spoke several times, and she ensured all my concerns were addressed. Thanks to Samantha, my experience with PHS exceeded all expectations. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication were remarkable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PHS to anyone and will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Thank so much to Samantha, Bailey and Brian who were nothing but amazing in helping me solve my irrigation issues :)) Brian came out and was thorough In his inspection of all of the sprinklers and detailed when walking me through how to use my new irrigation device, which by the way he set up on my cell as well I could not have asked for a better experience thank you PHS:)

These people are unprofessional and inconsiderate to dog owners. I live in a townhouse that has multiple dog owners and unfortunately we get our lawn done every few months or so by these people. We do not get notifications from the board about when these services come so all we have to go by are the signs they put up. Constantly I have had times where the service people just leave a total of probably five signs in places most of us cannot see once we take our dogs out until its too late. This recent time I only saw two and they were in the front where no one can see. These people do not care about your dogs and do not care for their safety. I called multiple times and they said they'll fix it but I think that's a lie. Do NOT spend your money with them.

I am extremely happy with my PHS experience. My previous company was horrible! I looked around at my neighbor's house and identified a beautiful yard with perfect grass. This is something that I have not been able to accomplish in Florida yet. Technician Danny has amazed me with his dedication and professionalism. He got rid of most of the weeds in the first month. Danny has checked in on me after the monthly services and taken his personal time to visit me and explain what a new strong weed was doing. My neighbors are now telling me that my yard is looking great! Thank you, Danny and PHS.

PHS Professional Horticulture Services is a top-notch company! PHS has treated my lawn and ornamentals for over three years and I am very pleased. Various neighbors have shared complimentary comments on the healthy and greeny appearance of my palm trees, shrubs and lawn--great results!

I can’t recommend Phs enough, Colton came out a few months ago was very knowledgeable explained their programs in detail. I’ve seen nothing but great results since day one from this company my lawn is now the best looking one in the neighborhood and every neighbor is jealous money well spend 👍🏻

I would never use nor would I ever recommend this company. Me and my coworker were servicing one of our properties and someone from this company pulls up while we are working. He gets out with his long pants, gloves, and long sleeves and begins spraying some chemical while we are working. I have shorts on along with short sleeves and the liquid chemicals at one point were being caught by the wind and settled on my skin. We were just working and then this guy starts spraying poison. I feel this person has no regard for human lives nor your animals.. if they were to be outside when this technician arrives. I do have full video footage of this happening.

My lawn looks like a graveyard. Well, that isn't entirely true since graveyards are usually keep pretty nice. But it does look like a graveyard for grass. PHS came to my house three times while it was dying a slow death. Never once did they knock or let me know there was problem. When I started to notice the decline of my lawn I called them, and they were of no help. I asked for the tech to knock on my door when he came on the next visit. He did not. I asked again the day before they were going to come for the visit after that. They didn't. They did have lots of excuses why though. The final straw was my last call to them. The girl who answered (she only works Fridays) was full of excuses. But excuses don't grow a lawn. I didn't need excuses, I needed them to own up to the problems, mistakes and fix it. They failed me and they very well may fail you. Find a company that cares.

Unreliable - never knew when the technician would show up. When the tech did show up, only treated half my lawn. Tech also stated a few times treatment was done but found out tech never showed up and tried to charge me for no show.

Technician admitted poor results but the back office insisted on charging me over $400 for a product that provided no benefit. They have done good work, but in this instance I received poor service and the back office should have made it right.

I had a bonsai tree destroyed by one of their subcontractors (with a weed whacker) that does mowing for them. They not only made fun and asked if I was not sure if a deer had eaten it they refused to give me contact information for the contractor. If they were not in contract with my HOA I would fire them but I am stuck with them. There office staff is less than professional and they obviously do not care about their commercial accounts or the personal property of homeowners. They told me over a month ago that they would have someone contact me that never happened either.
