The best pest control around! We've had them for years and they've always done a great job.

Very poor service, still have bugs after 9 months of service, indoor bugs and outdoor bugs, crawling and flying. Bugs remain worse than before they started. indoor palmetto roaches remain after 9 months, Ed tells ever changing stories as to where they come from: one story was they coming in through a lanai then work their way through the slider and crawl all the way across house into a bathroom (where they are usually seen) then another story he says they do not come from outside, Then says they like mulch, Then says they are definitely not in the walls. Ed sprayed indoor over 5 times for palmettos but no decrease, in fact, it’s the same or worse. I think they must use only water in their sprayers. they say they’ve done the outside perimeter house every 3 months but I can see no decrease in bugs outside either. there is no decrease in ants, ants remain all over windows sills in and and outdoor on patio everywhere. Left a message months ago about the ants still here but no call back. Was recently told they don’t kill spiders but all they can do is get rid of webs but only webs indoors up high and they don’t touch outdoor webs if they are low, and spiders don’t clean themselves so they don’t die. They also said to me “what do you expect, this is Florida. What state are you from anyway?” They can’t kill midges. Can’t kill spiders. They can’t kill palmetto roaches. They can’t kill ants. There’s also wasps still here. Should have known from first appointment when they never showed up that this was not going to be good. If you call, they never answer their phone. If you don’t leave a message they might call you back from caller ID. If you leave a message they don’t return your call and if they do it’s weeks later. Just killed another palmetto. Don’t waste your money.

I have had this company for a few yrs they are far the best I ever had . Customer service is top notch and the pest control ids great they come every 90 days and I am total bug free ! In Florida that’s hard to do ! Love these guys !

wendi is awesome! Shes punctual, friendly, reliable, and her products work great! She always calls before she arrives and i like that she treats the inside and the outside at each service!

Wendi in the Lakeland branch is very thorough and thankfully saving us a bunch of money. We use to use another company but they charged too much. Wendi is all around the least expensive, very attentive and has done way more for us than the larger companies we have used in the past. I definitely recommend this mom and pop company to anyone.

I have them come to my house twice to my house 1st visit $150 second visit $50 nothing has changed it’s it’s they made it a way for you to keep calling them I will never recommend that to anyone 😡

Been receiving services and no complaints on that. However, I went to schedule my monthly and was told with no warning it will be increased 2.5 times the amount. Because the rate I am paying is not suppose to be monthly. I paid a large start up.amount and always paid over the $18 that I was told monthly. Even though I still see her advertising the 18 dollar amount around town. It's all just bait and switch to get customers in to get the start up fee. Being told the only reason she going up is because she will go out of business if she doesn't raise the prices but still advertising the lower rate is crazy. If she didn't want to service my house that's all she had to say. Will never recommend this company to a soul because of this

I think this company is out of business. I have been emailing, calling and texting for service for months with no response. I don’t think they are in business anymore.

Paragon pest control is one of the best services I work with overall. Ed is just a great guy. Knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and hardworking. He is incredibly professional and responsive. I love having Paragon as my pest control and highly, highly recommend them. They get the job done efficiently and at a fair price. Who could ask for more?

Ed removed an underground wasp hive for us after I was attacked by the hive when I tried to get into my vehicle and chased quite a distance and stung numerous times. Ed arrived at my home within an hour and a half of my call. I am so thankful that there are still people like Ed and Patti running a small business like this. The work done was amazing and complete. The courtesy shown was wonderful and the price was more than fair. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.
