After a late night scare when a little critter decide to run into my house in the middle of the night. Freaked out and not knowing what to do because my husband was working out of town I went on the Internet and Lord behold, I saw the name of this company. When I called the sweetest voice answered and assured me, everything was going to be OK. Tim and his wife came out and saved the day. This is the best pest control company in Bay County! They are very knowledgeable and treat current pest issues and then get you set up for NO MORE PESTS with preventative care. Incredible servicing at an affordable price. I texted after hours and immediately got a response that explained the services, price, scheduling and everything I could need. Confirmation was easy and he was there right on time and prepared. He did an incredible job on the house and was extremely knowledgeable on everything. Even going above and beyond by helping me move appliances and talking us through what kind of equipment he was using. He very clearly explained the time frames we were looking at and even offered to come back out to check on everything in a few days. This man is everything you will ever need if you’re looking for a bug guy. If I could give more stars I would. Aside from the absolute dream of a service this man provides its also a small local business so you get to feel good about using him instead of some big corporation that charges you twice as much for half the job.
