Chuck has been our technician for 20 plus years. Always early or on time! Very professional, polite, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, informative and a very relaxed person. Always thorough! Provides recommendations to better help us in the prevention of termites. Great company to have taking care of our home and keeping it safe from all those pesky insects in our environment. Highly recommend. Also a shout out to Ric G who is the scheduling coordinator, very polite and flexible with our scheduling. Positive, friendly attitude on the phone. No high pressure sales! Highly recommend!
