Everyone at Protek are the nicest people. I have been with him for a while now, They treat every two months and I have never had a problem with Pest Inside or outside since I hired them. Very, very pleased with their service.

Technicians do a great job with cleaning the exterior of bug nests and spraying the agent to stop them from coming back!

Luke was friendly and quick. Luke notified me that he was arriving within 10 minutes. He showed up on time and was very courteous. Luke completed the interior and notified me that he was going to do the exterior. After completion of the exterior, Luke left. As long as the pests stay away, we're very happy with the service Protek provides.

We have appreciated the comprehensive service provided by technicians Blake and Todd, as well as being able to iron out a misunderstanding concerning our billing.

Josh did a fabulous job, he came out I wasn’t home yet, so he started with the yard, he paid close attention to the area he noticed we spent a lot of time at (fire pit and play area). He kept me informed until someone arrived, which was really nice and made me feel comfortable. When doing the inside he was very knowledgeable and a pleasant to talk to.

Tech was a very nice.guy. Did a good job servicing my around my home as well as the inside.

Todd Farmer performed our first treatment for pest control by Protek. He walked our perimeter with me and explained his procedure to treat our lawn. He was very professional while still being friendly. I was very impressed.

I am so pleased with Todd, who came to my home this morning. He was very thorough and even found some tiny ants in my kitchen that I had been worried about and spoke to him about. I hope he comes back again to my house on the next visit.

Technician didn't service my inside the home. He didn't introduce himself. Was very racist with his attitude. Iask him politely to move his truck down from my mailbox and his whole attitude changed. When is our contract up. Because of his behavior we will not renew.

Scammers charge you monthly come once every three months and has hidden fees and when you cancel try to charge me a thousand ! Why charge for a monthly service when you come every three months service was rushed not prepared

Troy did a respray as we had many more ants and spiders where they had sprayed before. Hopefully, this will work.

Be aware that the slick sales do not tell you how much it is to cancel, then they go and take money from your bank after explicitly being told no.

After service seeing increase of palmetto bugs

This company outsources their selling and those folks misrepresent the reality of what is being sold. My sales rep told me I could cancel at any time - only to be told after the fact that this is not the case. Look out.

Got tricked into a long subscription by a solicitor to get Protek, I didn't like the final prices I wasn't told about maybe that was my fault plus cancelation fee ended up paying $410 total.

Rude people and waste of time

Apparently this company does not hire literate employees. I live in a No Soliciting development with a large sign as you enter the complex. I have a bright red no soliciting sign on my door and yet they still have the audacity to knock. For this lack of competency alone I would not deal with the company.
