If you are buying a new home or refinancing your existing home call us to schedule your Termite Inspection. We can provide you with the FDACS-13645 Florida State form and/or the NPMA-33 HUD form which will be needed when you go to closing. You will receive the report the same day!

I have used ASAP Pest Solutions since I purchased my home and have only had nothing but GREAT service. They make a call every quarter to make sure im not having any pest issues and if I were they would make sure it was taken care of ASAP. The price is right and the customer service is GREAT!! Professional services and staff. Whenever I see activity in my home and call for an appointment I always get a date right away and don’t have to wait long. They also call to make sure that the service I received was good.

This company is the BEST when it comes to their Customer Service! From our 1st call to Andy, setting appointments with Carrie and the service we receive each time our tech John comes out, is such a wonderful experience. We are Snowbirds (from Upstate NY), so we're a little ignorant when it comes to the Florida pests, however, John has taken the time to "educate" us along with taking time to do his job throughly! They are efficient, very flexible in their scheduling, always on time and so very pleasant to work with! Needless to say, we highly recommend ASAP Pest Solutions!

I had a persistent issue with ants. More than one type. The problem was resolved efficiently. Excellent service and very easy to work with and schedule. I highly recommend them.

I’m in the beginning stages of bathroom remodeling. Found what looks like termite tracks. Called ASAP. Shane came out quickly to check it out. Explained that I did not have an active termite issue. While I didn’t feel confidant that the house would never have an issue I needed to be sure. We set up a treatment plan so the house would treated and I could continue remodeling. Absolutely fantastic. Shane is the best technician, and the entire ASAP company is friendly, professional, and a wonderful company to work with. Debbie is the epitome of customer service. ASAP does a great job inside and outside of the house. If there is ever an issue, they are on it. Very responsive. More companies need to follow their business model.

I rarely give a bad review, I rarely have a reason to complain. This compis the worse. Our service provider destroyed most of our brand new St Augustine lawn. It's full of weeds and bugs. We complained to him many times, asked to speak with his supervisor. Finally called the office because no one called us. She blamed us for not calling sooner and they can't help. Goodbye. Tyler treated our home this week. He was polite and efficient. He called 45 minutes before the visit which I appreciate. Ron is our usual service person and he lets me know he is coming a couple of days before and calls the day of the visit. I would like to be notified a couple of days before visits and the day of treatment. Also please tell all service people to wear a mask when entering a lanai. This is very important at this time. I am satisfied with the services of ASAP.
