Joseph always goes above and beyond to make sure each home is thoroughly investigated properly. He and all of his team are very professional and Allow enough time for all questions to be answered. He even answers after the inspection and returns calls very promptly! Without a doubt, this is thee best Home Inspection Company on the Coast! We are so impressed with them that I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were very flexible on a quick turnaround, because of the nature of our purchase, fitting us in on their already tight schedule! We even had to push it back a couple of days because of a delay outside of anyone's control. They worked with us and showed up on time. William and Shawn were thorough, knowledgeable, and detailed. They were able to answer our questions and we never felt rushed or like we were bothering them. These are good people! I cannot recommend them enough. I feel very comfortable buying based on their inspection. Five stars all the way!
