Patriot Pest recently came by and did a termite inspection to quote us on changing out our termite bond from the builder chosen company to them. They communicated well about there visit time, they were professional, answered questions. Destiny came to my house for a termite inspection and was great. She let me know when she was on her way and was extremely polite and friendly when she did arrive. She answered any question I had. With the knowledge she had and the care she moved about the house one could not ask for a nicer person to be sent to your house for inspection.

Family member used them for a real estate transaction inspection. They somehow missed the termite damage in the kitchen. Now she’s stuck covering to repair the damage.

From the beginning of the phone convo, I was given 4 diff quotes, for the same process. When I finally showed my frustrations about it, THEN I was told that the phone person was new. I ask several times about the process and was continually told, we'll send you an info sheet in your email. They took my card info a week before my appointment, called twice, after I had hung up, to schedule the 2 week " check" appt. And THEN I found out they weren't bombing, just laying down spray along the baseboards. So I cancelled them and found someone else, cheaper, and much more professional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

The service you requested, always has a follow up appointment that is included in the initial fee, and unfortunately the new office employee was not aware of that particular service pricing and scheduling, which resulted in the miscommunication and calls back to you. We would like the opportunity to give you quality service and ensure you we can keep those pests away, please call our office to discuss any future needs. Because of the recent events happening in the world today, it has left us with a skeleton crew in the office and we are working hard at meeting our customer's needs. Failing to disclose the 1 year contract until AFTER I paid the upfront cost of the first quarter of $125. Then tried to slide in a service agreement in my email, in the hopes I don't read everything I sign, after the tech left WITHOUT even spraying my home, just laid some $20 ant bait behind 3 outlet covers in my kitchen. After asking the tech (Tom) via text about the contract I was bombarded with, I was met with hostility and defensiveness. Now I'm stuck with as many pests as I had before I called this company and $125 less in my bank account with nothing to show for it as unless I sign a year-long contract, I have to fork out ANOTHER $125 for them to just come back out and do what was promised from the start. If I ran my company in this fashion, I wouldn't have much of a company left..

Customer beware! The people that run this so-called business is absolutely horrible. Patriot Pest Service is a joke. Mike Wallace and his wife are the most unethical and the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in this business. I could go into great detail about them, yet they are not worth my time. However, it is more than worth my time to warn you about this company. I have been in the pest industry for a long while now, and I know a good business when I see one. Stay away from this company at all cost. Go with a more reputable company like Arrow Exterminators. As bad as Terminix is you would even have a better chance with them instead of this company. You have now been warned about them. Have a great day.

This company initially missed a big issue during the inspection and my buyers were not made aware of that spot until the week of closing. Then, after the inspections period, we get stuck addressing the new area out of pocket. The new area gets re worked and an employee tells me point blank it is clear WDO and i will send you the report. However, instead of the report, we get an email saying we are being forced to open it up and treat it now, although this was never once mentioned as an active pest issue and there is not one piece of rotten wood on the house anymore. I tried to speak with the owner and apparently this was just his friendly way of helping the client out. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I will make sure every realtor and buyer in town knows exactly how they handcuff people to do a treatment that is unnecessary to make more money.
