Customer beware! The people that run this so-called business is absolutely horrible. Patriot Pest Service is a joke. Mike Wallace and his wife are the most unethical and the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in this business. I could go into great detail about them, yet they are not worth my time. We are so happy with Bug Out and we are especially grateful for Darryl. As first time homeowners, we are learning everything as we go, and I always have lots of questions - he is so patient and always takes the time to educate us along the way. We have used another company in the past for our quarterly treatments, but Bug Out covers more - and for a better value - which matters in this tough economy. Highly recommend!
Steve was amazing to deal with. He asked me about my concerns and explained everything to me in terms I would understand.
