I was driving and one of the employees was not paying attention and almost hit me. I saw he had his phone in his hand and he didn't care. I honked the horn and he didn't seem to care. When he passed me gave me the finger. Good customer service. I appreciate that he was more concerned about his phone then he was about the others on the road. Super great employee! I would recommend him to nobody.

I have been pleased with your services. My only comment is that it would be really convenient if you would enclose an envelope to return payments to you. Bug Out Service of West Florida, Inc. is the only company that I do business with that does not give this convenience.
