We contacted Michael Geist's Yard Works to quote / then install new sod in our side yards. Michael came out and evaluated the property, measured the yardage and discussed our options. Within a day we had a quote. We were kept informed of when the sod would be cut and available to install. The installation was very professional, kept us informed and left the property clean and tidy.

Great hard working guys laid sod at my house last year and my aunt's house today. Excellent communication and they only find the best sod. Would highly recommend!

We had our lawn completely resodded after a drain field replacement back in the spring, and months later it’s still super lush and healthy. We were a bit nervous since the job isn’t cheap, and reviews for other companies in town were hit or miss, but Michael and his team absolutely exceeded our expectations. I was having an issue with my Zoia grass. I found Michael’s yard. Works gave him a call and he quickly came to investigate my problem.. He looked around, got down on his knees, started looking at the grass very closely picking and looking and found the problem immediately.

Yard Works has been doing an excellent job with my yard (St. Augustine grass) in Oviedo. They always are ready with suggestions to help maintain it to keep it looking great - regarding watering schedules/timing and identifying any issues that need to be treated. Highly recommend!!!

We were not disappointed in the fine work done by Yardworks ! Michael and his crew did a fantastic job on our front and back yard, grading, installing a French drain, sod and irrigation. Their communication is very good and they will be doing monthly maintenance for us as well. Steve Miller is stellar on the new irrigation!

Michael laid new Zoysia in our front yard and we have been extremely satisfied with the whole process. He took his time to share his knowledge and explain options to us and provided recommendations for the best fit for us without being pushy. He was very communicative throughout the install process. Lastly, he has gone above and beyond by driving by on a regular basis to check on the sod and ensure it was getting established and staying healthy. I feel that this is an uncommon and exceptional level of service in this day and age, where the customer is forgotten once the job is completed. He goes through great lengths to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
