They do a very good job. Show app on time. I am no more bugs. No more insects, no more flying things and especially no. Termites, they have a great product to take care of termites for UP to a year. I believe might be a different amount of time. That it's like you don't have to keep reapplying it Continuously.

I wrote a review and did not rate them properly. I was excited and thought we saw termites. I tried calling the phone number listed on the label and it was changed. Finally I Google the business and got the right number. I called today and they were out shortly. Mike went over everything and explained about termites and ants. This is an awesome company . I will refer them to anyone. Thanks Mike you are the best. I also had the duct work cleaned. What a difference in my breathing. The prices are great. This company doesn't overcharge and empty you wallet. Thanks Pete and Mike

I'm a new home owner and decided to try term a sect for lawn treatment. I've used them for my Termite inspection and didnt have a issue. I spoke with the owner Pete and explained everything very clearly that I was looking for. Pete said that was fine and gave me a price for the year. The gentleman comes to treat my lawn then He stops treatment five mins in and says he talked to Pete and apparently "my yard is to big and I have to many cloves in the yard for them to treat it but if I get it treated then they will come back to maintain". The size of my yard was never asked and why didn't someone come out to look at it before taking on a new client if the size was going to be an issue! How do you tell someone to treat the issue first and then they will come back.. THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE HERE FOR! I end up calling the office to find out what is going on and the lady has no idea what's going on and she can't tell me anything! I don't understand how you expect to run a business like this. Going with a new company!

They don't call customers back who have concerns/ask about services.
