I would highly recommend Holt pest control. I had a hard time finding a company that could come out right away for a reasonable price. After calling ten companies, i finally reached Mr Holt directly. He had the best prices. And what was most refreshing? Is he was honest and said it might take a couple times before we could totally eradicate them instead of telling me what I want to hear . It's very refreshing to find a company that still cares about their customers and long term relationships.

I received a quote from Gerald Holt for $1400.00 to do a heat treatment for a 665 sq. ft. condo to eradicate termites in the attic - I wasn't familiar with heat treatments, so I got some other estimates from different companies - My client and I decided to go with Holt, but when he returned, less than 3 months later, his quote was $2000.00 for the same job - I called him to ask how he could justify a $600.00 difference for the same condo and he hung up the phone on me! Very unprofessional! I was also informed by a previous customer of Holt who hired and paid him $1400.00 to get rid of her termites that the heat treatment did not work! I would not recommend using Holt!

Gerald was very kind and polite. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. Superb service. He didn't try to talk me into buying other services. A real stand up guy. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This company is unreliable. Often appts. are made but canceled for some reason. Very rarely is this business on time. Owner is not honest.

Holy Pest Control was wonderful!! I was hearing a noise in my attic. Holt Pest Control was on time & inspected my attic & around the whole outside of house & didn’t see any evidence of where a rat might have been in the attic. Holt Pest control said it might be something on the roof at night. Or possibly of a squirrel that might have found it’s in to sleep at night. Holt suggested to wait & see if the noise at night continues if so then he will come out & set traps. He did want to set traps today because there wasn’t any evidence of any rodents in the attic at time of inspection, and didn’t want to charge me for traps that I may not need. How wonderful is that a company that isn’t going to rip you off!!! I would recommend Holt Pest Control. They are family owned & honest a rare commodity now of days!! Thank you Holt Pest Control!!
