5 + Stars. Beyond wonderful customer service in the New Port Richey office! I had a scheduling issue, spoke with Carol, she apologized for the inconvenience and fixed the issue promptly. She sent out a tech named James, who is always friendly. He also always answers all my annoying bug/pest related questions without hesitation. Overall great company, efficient, great price and knowledgeable.

I contacted the company because I have concerns about termites. The house inspection revealed there were signs of previous termite treatment, no current signs of activity were observed. The company showed up to my home without an appointment on a holiday weekend. They continued to sell when I advised I was not available then insulted me for not being available Having a strange man come into my home as a single woman, still in my PJs, preparing for a bunch of people to come over, when I am just curious about termite prevention was not going to work. This does remain a priority for me so I am looking for a company that can work on their client's timeline, with confirmed appointments rather than bullying, competitive pricing and proven results. I hope this is not the first step of learning my expectations are a pipe dream.

I’ve been a standing company for the last four or five years of ABC. I am very satisfied they always are genuinely polite. They are thorough and are willing to offer me other services but not pushing them at me for a sale. It is a genuine interest in what my need could be thank you ABC and thank you for having good service and good representatives very courteous representatives

Our technician was exceptional. He answered our questions, was very thorough and knowledgeable.

I had Chris all the way out to Plant City and he proved that you don't need to be in the Care Industry to Care. He was patient with my questions, honest with his answers. Even though we likely won't get the work we thought done we will definitely remember ABC when we decide to get subterranean prevention or need other services. I hope he and the company continue to do well.

I've had them for the last year and prior I had them for a couple years at my old house. My worker Kyle Lamb was AWESOME! I love how kind he is on the phone and how they work around my schedule without any complaints! Cuz I have several children and work several jobs in volunteers so I'm always got a different time I'm home and Kyle has always done an amazing job he has always been very thorough and he's definitely one of my favorites at the company! I even offered him a tip which he said no ma'am it's my job. But you never hear nowadays! Someone refusing a tip. I have absolutely zero complaints about getting the job done. I had bought some furniture from a garage sale and had carried it in my car and it sat in my car for about a week before I can make room for the table and chairs in my house I was unaware that there was German roaches in the bench chairs and table I bought until I brought them to my house and after a couple months I started to notice bugs in my dining area where the table was and in my car. I finally realized where they all came from when I found out one of the seats I bought was actually a bench and I opened it up and found them inside. I called several different companies and they said they couldn't do anything for German roaches however ABC pest control came to the rescue! They had by far the best places around? I made it extremely affordable and even help me out by selling me some of the treatment directly so I could use it in my car. I have absolutely no complaints about the pest control treatment itself. My only complaints is they do just continually bill you every month but they don't come out every month they do come out every 3 months. However if I need them to come out they will anytime that I need them even if it's just to knock down some wasp nest or some bee nest. My biggest complaint though is that I don't feel that all the employees are on the same level I've had some of them show up and literally blatantly and not do the job they're supposed to do for example leaving the wasp nest by my front door even though I'm a very tiny property and you could blatantly see them all over along with the spider webs that were outside. Or if they say that they're going to spray around the whole property but they only spray a small area which I can verify my camera footage. That's my biggest thing is not knowing who's going to show up. I've been pretty blessed and had 90% good experience with them that's why I definitely would rate them a 4.5 star ⭐

ABC Pest Control is very reliable…they visit regularly and they always notify you ahead of time when they are coming. I have used them for over 10 years and have been very happy with their service!

Have service for general bugs every 6 weeks plus have used them for flea treatment. They are reliable. Price seems to be reasonable. Have used them for about 19 years.

Got our monthly weed and feed service.i told the technician that we were still dealing with weeds especially dollar weed. He told me that you were going to use a new better product soon but you had to get rid of the old stuff first. Not encouraging news.

We have had ABC Pest Control for 15+ years to service our St Augustine lawns (front & back). Over all this time, there has never been an unresolved issue. Sometimes, "mother-nature" throws us some "curveballs", but ABC has been able to keep the lawns "Up-n-Running". Whenever I leave a question or concern at their customer portal, they always respond extremely quick in a most professional manner. Likewise, if I have a need to make a phone-call during business hours there is always someone there to correspond with me. No "Phone-Tag" games with them. Their technicians always show up in their scheduled time slots and are very respectful of your property (gates, landscaping, etc). When they leave, I never have to undo something that they did. They issue very informative field report emails the day of service and their customer portal is very useful. ABC is very knowledgeable about all of the products need to maintain our Florida lawns.
