Great response and results for a bug control visit to address an invasion of ghost ants. A thorough multi location treatment of all likely sources, bait applied -and zero ants the next morning

Though I didn't have the opportunity to speak with Dakota today, I was impressed by the amount of time he took in applying both the fertilizer and insecticide to the lawn and plants. I'm sure as with other Coastal team members, he is a professional who confidently knows about lawn care. After a somewhat cold winter, the worked perform today will go along way in rejuvenating the color in the lawn.

New customer and was having a concern. Jenny jumped right on it and gave me a very basic education on my grass. What a difference from the last company I had that caused me to replace my entire lawn due to lack of attention. Highly recommend them. Ralph my lawn tech is great as well.

Pest control is lacking Was here to treat, found nothing, of course, so I killed the tiny ants with Raid, once again

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. Our tech spent over an hour inspecting and treating, but no ants were active at the time — you had already sprayed and hadn’t seen any all week. We left bait stations just in case they returned and explained how our non-repellent products work to eliminate the colony long-term. Using sprays like Raid afterward can block those products from working properly.<br><br>We truly tried to help and always stand behind our work. Wishing you the best moving forward.
Really impressed!, it take enough time to laydown all the products, I cant say anything's else until I see the results on my grass. Its just one treatment yesterday

Coastal I've been with them for 4 months I've had two lawn services for critters. They had to come back because I had critters everywhere nats and mosquitoes. Yesterday I had Shannon who fertilized very very good girl she did a great job. The other employees without mentioning names skipped many spots in the yard. I still have weeds growing like crazy. I totally do NOT recommend them they don't communicate once the salesperson get your service you don't hear from him until you leave. SALES PERSON now trying to save my account. No not happening. So so disappointed and they overcharged way too much. $1400 a year I don't live on a farm normal little lot. No no here's the kicker what in the hell is wrong with customers letting them charge you before they even come out and do the job?? I don't know any company that does that accept these people it's pathetic I'm so glad I'm done with them. They're awful do not recommend Mats are still here. 😮💨.

These statements are simply false. Service was initiated March 13th 2025, just a little over a month ago, not 4 months ago as claimed. We performed our 2nd service as of this week. We were contracted to provide lawn treatment for weed control and fertilizer, not for mosquito control or gnat control. We are also contracted to treat the home for general interior pest. Shannon is not a female, and doesn't look like one. We have records that both our office and sales staff have spoke with client multiple times since they signed up last month. The sales person, also the field manager, has remained in contact with client since they signed up last month. Services were charged after each visit (only twice), not beforehand as falsely stated and we have supporting documentation such as service records and receipts to support this. We do not make customers pay up front for services, only if they choose to do so we will accommodate. The price stated was for two different contracts combined and not lawn treatment only.
The technician didn't ring our doorbell to let us know he was at the house and almost drove off without servicing/spraying the lanai (because the cats were there). Had he knocked or rang we could have easily removed the cats so he could complete the job. Common sense, people...
