I have been so pleased with VPC’s service so far. We have had ant problems and have had roach sightings in the past, since they started servicing our home the ant issue has been resolved and not a roach in sight! We have been using Chris/Vital Pest for years. However, we moved and was never notified that there was any additional charges — just saw a charge of nearly 50% increase on the card — but interestingly Ring never saw anyone even on the property. I requested a credit of the difference at least of the charge arbitrarily billed. Sadly, Chris would rather lose customers than do the right thing.

Quick and efficient service. And the best part, no bugs! I moved to FL from MA and was worried about the bug situation but I can sit on the patio happy at day and night. Definitely would recommend.

I hired Kris from vital pest control to take care my monthly pest control. However he noticed I was having a hard time with my lawn. I told him I was using TruGreen and my lawn has never looked worse. He told me he would take over my lawn service for the same price .. Within a few months my lawn literally did a 180°. I have now had Vital pest control take care of my lawn for over a year and I now have the best looking lawn on the block! I’m very happy with his service

Vital pest control is by far the best company I have ever used. I was so thankful that my friend gave me their number. I own multiple properties and have always had trouble with pest companies showing up doing what they say they would do. Mr Wilson the owner of the company came out met with me was so very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations that saved me money on a few of my homes. It’s not everyday you find a person in the big industry that loves what they do but you can tell after just meeting Mr. Wilson that he does and it shows in his work and punctuality. I could go on with what this company has done for my peace of mind but I won’t just give them a call and find out for yourself what a true professional pest and lawn company looks like. Matt

I have used Kris’ services for years both personally and have recommended him to several clients. He has assisted me and/or my clients with flea infestation, ant infestation, WDO inspections and reports, rodent issues, tenting and other general pest issues. Had this company do a home buying inspection roughly a year ago. Just recently found out the home has a termite infestation. Upon speaking with another termite inspector it was noted that this should have been caught during the inspection as the level of damage accumulated would have taken years to happen. Use these folks at your own risk. Instead of using a home inspector who work off an insurance issued sheet do yourself a favor and pay a little more to get a legit inspector. Hopefully this helps someone out there.

Don't bother buying a Groupon for this service. They have inaccurate information on the Groupon and don't even bother to get it fixed. Spoke with Chris and he was rude...said he doesn't travel over 20 miles for service, but on the Groupon it says 25 miles. I had Googled the distance from my house to the zipcode and it is 24.3 miles. Says he doesn't go past 20 miles for service, but still shows 25 miles on the Groupon. Canceled order and will not be recommending their services to any of my friends or businesses in Jupiter where they're based from.
