Not great communication with the company from salesman to bug technician but if your lucky enough to get Susan as your tech know that she is super thorough. She will make sure she gets to the bottom of any bug issues. She’s an asset to the company. I’m leaving a five star review, but I would hope that the company would start to communicate their sales and any images taken during the sales call with a technician. Because as a customer, the only thing I care about is resolving the problem and there should not be a lack of communication considering the technician is the person that’s going to actually make the customer happy.
