Absolutely Outstanding Pest Control Experience – Highly Recommend! I recently had a serious bug infestation in my home that was driving me crazy. nothing I tried from the store worked. I called this pest control company and they sent out Roy Salas. From the moment Roy arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my entire property, explaining everything he found in a way that was easy to understand. Roy Salas was knowledgeable, efficient, and used treatments that completely eliminated the pests without any harsh chemicals or lingering smells. He even gave me great tips on preventing future issues. Within days, my home was pest-free! The service was prompt, affordable, and far exceeded my expectations. Roy Salas is a true expert. If you're dealing with any pests, don't hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed!

This pest control company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am a realtor and I hire multiple companies for my clients with great satisfaction. I contacted the owner Frank to eradicate a bee problem that I had. They arrived drilled holes in the side of my house and removed a nest, they just dropped the nest and all the mess they made in my yard for me to clean up. When another realtor was showing my house he called me to let me know I had a bee problem still. I called Frank to come back and he would not return my phone calls. Finally, I kept calling Frank every single day until he answered me. Frank accused me the owner that I did not seal around my light properly and that's why I still had a bee problem. I called Willie's bees to help me, They drilled all around my light, eight holes to be exact and found another huge nest & removed it. Willie's bees informed me that the first exterminator missed this nest and that's why I still had a bee problem. Willie's bees was very professional. Cleaned up the entire mess and even sealed the holes for me. I've not had a bee problem since. When I called Frank to tell him that Willie's bees told me it was in fact his company's fault that my bee problem was not fixed properly he accused Willie's bees of lying to me to make themselves look better. I asked Frank for half the money I had paid him. He refused. After I filed a complaint review on Tower pest control website & Yelp the office sent me an email repeating the same thing the owner Frank did---It was my fault. I only asked for half of my money back which I thought was fair because they only did half their job. They have refused to refund me any money. I have never in all my years. Had a company accuse the customer of a bad outcome--- this is not customer service. In their response Frank from Tower Pest Control is now saying my situation happened 1 1/2 years ago---NOT TRUE---I hired them in May 2024 and they would NOT return to fix the problem. This company instead of customer service adds more lies to cover up their incompetence.

At the time of service, we explicitly advised that:<br> 1. The holes around your light needed to be sealed, and<br> 2. Other preventive measures were required to ensure the beehive would not reestablish.<br><br>Unfortunately, these recommendations were not followed. As bees can easily reestablish nests in untreated areas, it is critical to complete these necessary steps. When we received your complaint a year later, it was well beyond the scope of responsibility for our original service.<br><br>We understand your frustration but emphasize the importance of following the advice provided during pest treatments to ensure long-term success. Should you need further assistance or clarification, we are happy to discuss this matter.<br>

I watched two employees of this company throw trash out of their work truck while driving over 195 over Biscayne Bay. Our ecosystem and waterways are polluted enough without people being so blatantly disrespectful of them. Throw your trash out at your destination in a recepticle.
