My name is Oscar Sherman. I have used Suncoast for years for dry wood termites problems and have a yearly policy for inspection. Jimmy and his son, Jimmy , came today because I had a problem in the upstairs closet. I have never been so impressed as I was with them. Jimmy Sr. was friendly, personable with a dynamite personality. He was very thorough, inspecting the whole house and finding a couple of other areas to treat beside the upstairs closet. They were completely professional and I want you to know that you have two excellent people working for you.

I had the pleasure of getting Jim (Jimmy) as the technician to come and assess my situation today and he was very thorough. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was so personably and a genuine straight up guy. I’m very glad with the service I received.

I've been a customer of Suncoast since i purchased my home 10 years ago (I have termite contracts with them). The past few years I've started wondering exactly what I'm paying for because the technician never spent more than a few minutes in my home each year. I'd made the decision to start looking for a different company until my renewal appointment today. The technician, Jimmy Farfan, is phenomenal. He spent close to an hour with me, explaining everything he did. What most astounded me was when I asked about insect droppings that the previous tech told me he had no idea what they were. Jimmy glanced at them and told me they're termite droppings. He immediately treated the area and educated me on my options. Jimmy is the first person I've worked with from Suncoast who made me feel like a valued and respected customer. He has a fantastic sense of humor that immediately put me at ease, and our interaction was professional and enjoyable. It's obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be satisfied. It is because of Jimmy that I chose to renew my contract and will remain a customer. Thank you Jimmy for being such a bright spot in this world!

Made an appointment with them last week for today, the third time to the house for the same out of control problem.. We both confirmed it yesterday. Made sure my schedule was rearranged to be here at the appropriate time. Called about 10 minutes after the appointment was set and was told the exterminator was on his way, even said where he was. Called again over an hour after the appointment was set and was told by another person that there was no appointment for me anymore. I was extremely upset and requested to talk to someone in charge, then I was told it would be the following week when someone would get back to me and I told her that was not acceptable and I insisted on a callback from a manager No one had the decency to reach out to tell me the person wasn’t coming and left me hanging for hours/where did anyone bother to tell me the person was running late nor that there was any problem with the appointment. Big waste of time and my money, no apology whatsoever for ruining half of my day and rearranging my schedule. I am an attorney and it is not easy getting out and blocking off several hours only to wait around, for NOTHING but aggravation! Then to be ignored….

Terrible company. Blair smelled like weed when he came to my house. I think his name was. Knocked over my plants and I still have bugs. Zero stars.

Ralph was very kind, considerate towards my pets and informative regarding their product and effect. Would recommend suncoast to anyone as we've been with them for a while

Mr Rafael Varela was great at helping make all the 8 residents easy that the product was safe for all especially infants children animals and adults he was very professional and in time respectable and polite also helpful to the residence. I would highly recommend this company for termites and all of the pest controls and if possible always request Rafael Varella I can assure you he will do a great job he is amazing.

Ralph seemed knowledgable and did his job well and quickly. I would definitely recommend Suncoast Pest Control.
