The service technician is awesome! Very nice and understanding of my issues. But the actual customer service and the “office” SUCK!!! I have made so many phone calls regarding my concerns, and when I finally get someone to answer they just hand up. No one calls me back, no one responds to reviews, and no one will reach back out to me when I ask the technician to let them know I need the office to call me back. They keep sending men to my apartment with out letting me know and they keep reschedu

I have had a terrible experience with Orkin’s termite treatment for my house in 2024: In January, I noticed termite droppings in my backyard and contacted Orkin for an inspection. They recommended a spot treatment, assuring me it would be sufficient since the damage was minimal and external. The technician was supposed to drill holes in all frames and spray all wood, including the second story under the roof. HORRIBLE service from ORKIN; I would NOT recommend them. They keep sending me message about coming out for my pest control and I've waited over and over, sometimes all day incase they're running late and nothing; they're just not showing up. I called to speak to the manager to report the issue and was told "he's in the field and he'll return my call" no call as of 11/16/24. I wish I had use another company. Do NOT use them; they change after they receive your contract or your money; the company
