Awesome service. Had my place cleaned up and pest free in no time. Highly recommend.

Staff dropped bait and did not do a thorough job to look for any holes never mind patching anything in the unit - in and out in 30 minutes. Waited 2 afternoons promising they would come back and never showed up. Spent 30 minutes in apartment dropping bait for $450 and did not set any traps. Called numerous times, promised to come back and then didn't. Finally I personally set sticky traps that caught the rodent and the owner then returned after 5 days to dispose of it, and it was still alive, just stuck on the trap.

Responded on holiday weekend came over night when other companies stated how they could not come on weekend and they would have to wait until Monday maybe Tuesday -professional efficient and took care of rodent holes and cleaned up their mess helped me when no other company would- would use his services again!

Great experience with AAA Assassin. Rick is a real pro. He is incredibly knowledgeable and when I discussed the rodent issue I was having he knew exactly what problem areas to investigate and immediately pointed out spaces where critters could get in that I would never have imagined. Rick walked through the entire property making sure all points were inspected and also made sure to explain the products being used to locate and deter the animals and that they baits and traps were humane and would not potentially cause harm to pets, kids or other animals. Will absolutely recommend them to anybody that needs this type of service.

Rick I very unprofessional - using profanity and threatening his customers when he was called out on not doing the job that he was paid to do $900. I called every day for the service and he never shows. Bad business

They were very thorough. Haven’t seen termites swarming since AAA’s visit. They were attentive to my requests for Organic pesticides since I have lots of animals. I will definitely be calling them for future pest control.

Listen up save your money. I hired Rick from this company for a rodent problem we even talked termites he came out took my deposit, and vanished. No calls, no follow-up, nothing. I’ve been chasing them ever since. There are plenty of other pest companies don’t give these people your cash or deal with the headache.

I was just talking to the owner and I can’t believe it’s been a year since I’ve had cockroaches. We had chronic issues before he took care of the problem. He did one treatment a year ago and they were gone. This was after 3-4 other places that said they’d have to come back monthly and their treatments never got rid of the roaches. This guy is no joke. Going to do a mosquito treatment this year each month of summer.

AAA Assassin to the rescue. They made the treatment process so much easier. They were quick to respond, punctual, and professional from start to finish. Five stars for the peace of mind

I have used this company for the past couple of years for Termites. The owner RICK has the WORST customer service. I paid $750 the first year to spot treat termites in my condo with a $150 a yr renewal. The termites have never been under control and I have had them out here every couple of months because it's never treated properly. And I never once complained. This man has the audacity to call me 2 days before my last year's payment to demand payment before my treatment today which is still within my year. His rudeness is beyond anything I have ever experienced with a business owner. I would never return to this company for any pest control needs. This man needs to take a class in customer service. Good luck to anyone using this company.

Rick is a good guy. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He took care of my termite problem. Doesn’t play games and is a man of his word. Apollo is very detailed in his work and explains everything. Highly recommend them!

I had an ant issue in the house we just moved into, and Rick was able to come the same day. He also provided a 90-day warranty. Everything went smoothly, he was able to identify where the ants were coming from and treated both the inside and outside of the house.

Great service great company terrific prices. No one comes out faster and gets the job done like them. I used them for termite issues on 2 homes and I couldn’t be happier. A plus company and service. I had termites swarming in both homes, 3 hours later all gone!

Rick was great. Had to call 3/8/26 after a week away and came home to a drain fly infestation. He came over at 9:30 pm and was incredibly nice, helpful, and fairly quick too!

Finally, an expert service with people who know what to do to read my house of mice and finally a rat! Three previous companies utterly failed and charged more than Assassin Enterprises. They solved the problem in two visits… rather than asking for a monthly contract. This company warranties their work for a year! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I hired Rick, and based on my experience, this was a complete mistake. In my opinion, he presents himself as professional, but once the job starts, that image quickly falls apart. He talks a big game, but the execution is terrible. He showed up completely unprepared and used old, expired, and low-quality materials. Anything he touched on my property felt rushed, careless, and poorly done. I genuinely felt like I was paying for work that had little to no real value. Communication was sloppy, accountability was nonexistent, and excuses were constant. Instead of owning mistakes, he deflected and avoided responsibility. The entire experience felt misleading from start to finish. I regret hiring him and would strongly warn anyone considering his services to think twice. Save your money and hire someone who is actually professional, prepared, and honest about the quality of their work.

Stay away from AAA Assassin. I paid $300 by Zelle upfront for rodent treatment and structural sealing (exclusion). Rick arrived in person and agreed to the job. However, he only did 10% of the work. He reused my old bait boxes and used cheap $27 poison while refusing to seal the entry points. Out of 10 total openings, where most were are covered initially, he only properly addressed one leaving the building vulnerable and the 1-year warranty effectively useless. When I pointed out that the job wasn't finished, he started screaming at me and threatened me with retaliation on my own property. I sent a formal notice for a refund on 12/19 and it was ignored it. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY WITH ZELLE. This is in response to the owner's response. He saw the job he did not say a word about anything. He put poison in 2 apartments out of 5 saying there is no crawl space under others, put poison in existing bait boxes at the back yard and said he will be back in 7 days to cover all openings, showed me videos convincing he is legitimate businessman when I express concern about paying full amount without completion. After 7 days he arrived and it was a whole different picture. All of the sudden it was all changed. It was not a $300 job it was NO JOB at all.

Had an issue, in a new apartment I moved into, called at 7:30 am, someone Rick and JJ the pest sniffing dog, arrived at my place at 2:30 that same afternoon. The work is guaranteed and he was 36 years in the business and very professional. Easy to work with and did a great job, 5 stars. Work Guaranteed for 90 days and the treatment may last up to 1 year. Can't do better than that. Thanks Rick and JJ.

If you're into having your messages requesting a contract renewal go unanswered, then NOT having it renewed after a year likely because you continue to have termites, then this is the place for you. If you enjoy finding out after the fact that you probably had an uninsured and unlicensed technician treating your home, by all means contact these folks. If you like being curtly told by a scheduler that YOU had the wrong appointment date (I didn't) and also dealing with a cranky sounding owner/CEO,, knock yourself out and give them a call. Because they don't staff up, if you want to wait 2 weeks during high season for your home to be treated while termites are repeatedly swarming inside - and you have company from out of town staying with you, sign on the dotted line & promptly pay that invoice. The local CBS Channel 4 news team somehow missed out on the real Assassin story last year. Unfortunately, I didn't. Merry Christmas! :-)

The building complex I live in had ongoing rodent issues throughout the interior of the walls, ceilings, and outside perimeter which was very unsettling. Jonathan “MJ” Mann was the Inspector who provided outstanding services. The very first day upon reporting to the property, MJ was very transparent and thoroughly explained the entire process of how he planned to isolate the situation. MJ was also informative regarding the actions going forward to eliminate/exterminate the rodents throughout the inside and outside of the building. MJ frequently visited the property and remained in constant communication with me to ensure everything he put in place was working effectively. After the first day of treating the areas, there were significant changes for the better. The measures MJ put in place made me feel more at ease in which I’m very appreciative. The passion and dedication MJ has for his job is very commendable. MJ takes pride in his work, and his level of professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm is beyond outstanding. I highly recommend AAA Pest Control. Thank you MJ for all of the great work you do! It’s very much appreciated!
