“Above all“ is a great name for this company. Because “above all“ they pay attention to the customer, they are fast, they are efficient, and they are reasonably priced. Richard “the Spider-Man“ I call him that, and his team are truly amazing. We had them over to get rid of many many many Spiders. And we are now spider free for the next year. Thank you, Richard and your team! You all are really awesome and you do definitely go over and above!

I heard of this company from a close family friend. I had a big rat problem in both mine and my neighbors house. After trying every home remedy I could find I finally decided to call around. Richard was not only the most affordable company but he was at my house in less than 2 hours and gives discounts for referring more clients. They first checked my home and told me that I had a termine and ant problem coming from my roof and my laundry room. They charged me 800 dollars to get the job done. Everything was fine, but after 2 weeks the problem persisted… I still have alive ants walking around the masters room and termites in my roof. I called them to let them know about the problem and THEY CAME 12 DAYS AFTER I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM!!! Meaning they didn’t care about me calling them about the questionable job they made. When they came to check the house they told us that the actual problem came from the group from our backward AND they have the guts to ask for more money to do another questionable job (why they didn’t check that when they came to check the house to see where the problem was?) Honestly I felt like I poorly wasted 800 dollars. The Ant and termite problem wasn’t fixed at all and now I am 800 dollars less.

Richard and the team are professional, knowledgeable, and very patient, especially after my many questions regarding the process to be performed. Was referred to Richard and company for spot treatment of termites, came the same day, inspected and diagnosed I have drywood termites. They found them in the attic and sprayed, the outside soffits all around the house and spot treated the kitchen cabinets . They were so punctual, very friendly and professional and ready to treat whatever was needed and completed it right away. So many businesses are not good at returning calls and showing up as they schedule, but these gentlemen were and did their job quickly and efficiently.
