I was just at your green cove location with ever intention of buying some flowers and 2 hanging flowers. But sadly no one was around to help get the hanging plants down or inside to ask for help or to pay. I stood inside with the flowers to pay/ask for help but no one came to the counter. So if you are wondering where the purple flowers came from on the front counter it was from a lost customer. This was my second time stopping in and now second time that no one was around to even great or help. Sad to say I'll keep going to Pats down the road where there are people actually working and willing to help you.

I'm extremely disappointed with Total Lawn Care's service. I called to inquire about sprinkler repair, and the representative assured me someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. They called back within 2 days, which was fine, but what happened next was unacceptable. I took time off work to wait for the technician, and NO ONE SHOWED UP. Not a single call or notification to reschedule or apologize. It's frustrating to feel disrespected like this. If they're too busy to keep appointments, maybe they're too busy to take on new customers. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Total Lawn Care to anyone based on this experience.

I swear this company hires some of the most incompetent people ever. These guys are young and doesn't care about details or the quality of their work at all. They barely cut the grass and when they do, they don't care about the damage they leave behind to people vehicles or cleaning up after themselves. All they do is sit around and talk. With all of the negative comments, you would think the company would care about having such people there. It's not that they need to lose their jobs but they need to be thoroughly trained or pass it to someone else that's willing to do it correctly. 269 - TURF is a joke !!

These guys do my apartment complex. I live near the front so you would think they would keep it neat up there but no. They are lazy, aggressive, and rude. They are sitting talking most of the time. They don’t do anything but ride around and half do the grass. They take at least a week to finish it when there is so many of them. And the owner might be interested to know that every time they redo the mulch, they hide bags of it to steal from your company. You should get a whole new crew because these guys are the WORST.

Put down sod before sprinklers. Then walk over sod and it turned to dirt while installing sprinklers.

This is the kind of large "Mulch" TLC has installed at my place of residence. Alot of it seems to be shredded wood that was used for building. Ankle breakers that wash into the sidewalk when it rains. NAILS in more than one piece. Hand for size reference. Seriously, this is NOT a way to keep costs down. Stop shredding pallets and landscape timers. There are kids that play here all the time, and nobody had the guts to stop the purchase, loading, and installation of this dangerous chopped wood product.

They have repeatedly skipped cutting our back yard. Right now it has been three weeks in a row that they have not done it. Before the last time they did it, was also three weeks. Any attempt to contact their customer service have been ignored. Right now I have 3 foot tall grass in my back yard because they aren't do the job they're getting paid to do. I live in a neighborhood that pays them to mow lawns weekly. They also rarely edge, I always see grass growing onto sidewalks while walking my dog. Have seen the workers laying around on the sidewalk for 20+ minutes (this was around 8am, when they were just starting work). Many homeowners in our community have decided to mow their own lawns to avoid having them do it.
