I walked past one of this company’s trucks parked at a gas station and noticed a very strong odor coming from the vehicle when the driver got out. It was concerning given that they operate large trucks on public roads. I believe companies with commercial drivers should maintain strict safety and professionalism standards.

This company serviced my yard and I paid for my service. They sprayed and killed my grass and offered me the option to drop their service and resod my own yard. Very disappointed in how they did business with me.

After getting my lawn re-established I resumed my monthly service. May and June the tech obviously didn't spray my back yard it was becoming consumed with weeds. I called and talked to the office, was told he probably didn't spray the back (even though when I texted the tech to ask if he did, he said he did) and was assured they would respray. They did, however, I was recharged as well and I continue to have weeds (pictures attached). I called the office back to note that I was charged again and was told that anytime they come out I will get charged even if they don't spray the back yard. In whole, I have a very small yard. Especially the front. I went on to complain about the charge and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Of course I called back and didn't get an answer. I cancelled my service. I think no treatments at all would have been better. This is the worst lawn I’ve ever had. Loaded with large dead spots and nut grass. After I complained a tech visited and suggested it was an irrigation problem. I’ve been using the same irrigation frequency and volume for years and never had a problem. I have a feeling their focus is on their large commercial clients. I can’t recommend them for residential lawn care.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Our front yard lawn was severely damaged due to their negligence, a fact confirmed by our new lawn service provider. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly blamed us, citing issues with our watering practices and the condition of our lawnmower blades. However, we followed their advice and significantly increased our irrigation, which is way over our neighbors’. Yet, their lawn looks much better than ours. Additionally, we hired a professional landscaping service to maintain our lawn over the summer. Despite all this, the damage got worse. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service we received and have switched service.

The best thing I have done for my house. I like to keep up with my investments and you cannot beat the price for the quality of services you receive. It’s hassle free and they manage it all. They communicate monthly with you and it’s locally owned business. We have had them as a service Since 2021 and it has been great. Only issue I had recently was a little overspray on my newly built fence/mailbox that left it discolored from the chemicals before I could add stain and sealer but I communicated with the tech and they have made sure to do their best to not hit it.

Contacted the company to find out what was going on with my yard, they said someone would be out early the next week. Taylor the yard tech, said oh no and asked who sprayed last, I told him. He then said he did not flush the tank between yard and sprayed a herbicide that killed my grass, he said he would be out in a few days the put some granular fertilizer that would help and told me to water a bunch to flush the herbicide out, they never came out never called I got a text a week later saying that was not watering enough,. Made a BBB case and they never responded, not a good company!

So far I'm always happy with the service that they provide. Anytime, anything they have gone far and beyond great expectations for the care of our home and yard. Thank you everyone that makes this business a A+ in my book. I wouldn't call on anyone else but Agrowpro.

They Serviced my lawn and burnt it from the treatment. When I questioned them about it, they told me to pound sand, they weren't responsible. Then told me to get another company to treat my yard. The Spervisor was very unprofessional and provided the worst Customet Setvice ever!! I don't recommend this company.

Our lawn service guy merged with Agrow Pro and we decided to give Agrow Pro a try. After what seemed like 'new customer' hiccups right out the gate, we tried to give them benefit of doubt and chances to fix issues. We tried to work with them for 8 months and have ended up VERY disappointed. The rep gave very convincing sales pitches and promises in person. When there were problems, they convinced us each time that things would be better. When we asked rep about service we were sold and that it was not what we were receiving, we were told management "changed their mind" (yet they never informed us of their choice to neglect the services they sold us on). Another example: they came by when we were out of town and I notified them that the service guys did not treat back yard (security cameras followed them around sides of house but they did not go out back from either side of house). The response we received was "Don't really care what your cameras picked up or didn't pick up." This was final straw for us. Ultimately, problems were never addressed, lawn looked awful, we notified them of issues and we ended up paying full rate for services we did not receive. There appears to be a major disconnect between services sold by rep, management and services provided. We are understandably in process of sourcing a new and reliable lawn service company.

The service is terrible. I attempted to get the situation under control by requesting a Supervisors visit. That never happened. We were too busy due to the rain. Replied T.J. How ever they still deducted my monthly fees for treatment. Lol now my yard is basically ruined in multiple areas.
