Absolutely great people and quality of service at Pestology. They have my yard looking the best in years. I’ve tried many of the big yard guys in Jax and Pestology is so much better. The results have been amazing and the communication is the best.

I have been using Pestology for over a year. Every time I make the service department aware of the weed and dead grass area problems all they do is tell my service guy and he comes up with excuses and he just told me i would have to wait until the winter to get rid of the weeds. (why do i have weeds if they are servicing our yard. I have dead spots all over my backyard as well as the side yard . We Live on the St. John’s river, so we want our yard to be healthy . We also have a sprinkler system and my yard is getting plenty of water.When i call for service I always have to leave a message because they don’t have a live service department and many times when i leave a message they simply don’t return the call. Will be looking for another company.

Pestology is an outstanding lawn service company. We have been receiving service from them for about one month and our lawn looks amazing. Bryan is doing a terrific job. This is the best company in Jacksonville florida!! Hands down. They are worth every cent. The lawn now has a natural true green color. It's ready to play golf on it.

We have used Pestology for many years for our lawn and pest control and recently added the indoor pest services. We are 100% satisfied with both the communication and services by Pestology. Highly recommend!

Pestology can take care of Lawn problems. Joe has taken care of chinch bugs, ghost ants 🐜 and whatever problems happen with St. Augustine grass. A young man named Bryan came today to treat for weeds, fertilizer and pests. Very reasonable prices. I don't trust any other company....after having a few others.

They provide the best to keep my st. Augustine grass always looking green with no weeds. I had tried several big company names . None compared to Pestology.

We've lived in this area 14 years and have been through at least 5 companies. Our grass has never looked better!!!! I highly recommend Pestology. Don't bother with anyone else !

Great service! Each time they came out, I received an email with who to expect and after their visit, I'd receive a report. I love the communication and friendliness of everyone I spoke with. The first time they sprayed for mosquitos, we had a big rain and we noticed that there wasn't much difference from before so I reached out and they came back and resprayed at no cost! We are only canceling service because are moving out of the area. Definitely recommend!

I resodded my backyard in Feb 2021. I subscribed to Pestology Services in Feb 2022. They did a good job with insect control. They responded next day when I emailed them about 1 grub. Unfortunately they weren't able to control the weeds. A grassy weed started spreading early this year and I brought it to the attention of Pestology multiple times but they couldn't get it under control and it continued to spread to a large section of my yard. I don't know why their products didn't work, but I've brought in another service (at twice the price) to see if they can control this weed. I really don't want to resod again. Pestology seems like a good company, I just didn't see the results I had expected.

Backed out of paid up front approx $350. contract/deal/quartly visits for a year paid service and as needed. When I texted and called for service 2mths before the expired date (no issues all year till) and asked for a service... I was ignored and then told "No" due to a personal issue she has with me... but I asked why trying to keep it professional....and she texted with...I asked for service to much and referred me to another company better for me! 😑 professional👎

Excellence from this new company! Always eager to please the customer and keep us happy with follow-up calls. I appreciate how they make me feel just as important as someone with a larger lawn. Desiree takes calls seriously and has never disappointed me. She is patient and knowledgeable and also professional. If Bryan comes out to do the spraying and inspection it's a extra bonus because of his winning personality. I've used other companies in the past, but can't recommend any of them. I highly recommend Pestology and I'm pretty particular. I do like dealing with people that will become part of my team to maintain my property. Very pleased with Pestology and the service I receive! They have kept my yard free from pests and weeds; and in just two weeks’ time, it looked like a whole new yard! Very affordable, too.
