We’ve worked with several pest control companies over the years and we feel that Shell has been the best in our experience, going on 4 years with them. From the beginning, they have addressed our needs and concerns with professionalism and promptness!

This company has been treating a house every 3 months that I'm renting. Went to start moving in house is loaded with roaches and outside every where loaded with ants. It is horrible. They what him to come treat. I said he been doing it what good is this company we shouldn't see any!!!! I do you come every 3 months and house is loaded with roaches!!!! Use kill zone no bugs ever once a year spray guaranteed no bugs or he comes back for free. They are amazing.

A very unprofessional company! Today was the second time their technician has shown up on property while landscaper was already here working and just started treating anyway! Landscaper wears shorts. Lawn treatment guys are supposed to wear PPE ( pants, long sleeves, rubber boots)

We use both pest and lawn services. Happy with both. Service techs are interested in our pest control and lawn care needs.

Nathan Colian was horrible very unprofessional.

Creepy sales guys August 2024 Update: I was contacted through Facebook by Nathan Colian and at the same time, my business received a one-star review from him in retaliation of my one-star review (Nathan, nor anyone associated with this business, have ever supported my company). He asked that I delete my review because he is the only Sales Rep for the company, therefore I'm updating my review to say "Creepy Tech* guys" in reference to one of their (now former) employees soliciting in my neighborhood and purposely coming to my door three days in a row, continuing to ask me out, who then became irate and aggressive when rejected. Nathan's response to this information was "So why didn't you call the office? Kinda how I would have handled it." and I informed him that as a single female, I likely handle my safety differently and I called the police in order to file a trespassing warning to ensure he stayed away. All in all, if Nathan has the power he seems to think he has, he'd likely have the authority to reach out publicly as the administrator on this platform to my review instead of being a "Creepy Sales guy" and both retaliate with a false one-star review and to reach out via Facebook and ask me to delete my review on an entirely different platform.

Big waste of chemicals, labor and my money, to send a man out for weed control spraying on a lawn that was rained on all night and then a heavy rainfall after application. I don't expect any positive results from this trip.

Kira is the best

I specifically asked them not to kill the grass that isn't St. Augustine, but they keep doing it. I need grass, it is a mix of grass that was nice and green before they treated. Now I have to look at this for another month.
