Massey Services Pest Control

I had Massey Pest Services in our new home in Daytona Beach. When they set up my account they put in the wrong address so they serviced that house and had me pay for it. They did not charge me for one quarters service, but they owed us for 2 quarters that we were not serviced but paid for from the start. They are terrible in the Daytona office for meeting the two hour window for a service call, they do not care when the window is missed and do not make a courtesy call to let you know. I canceled

I have had interactions with three employees from this business while getting treatment for dry wood termites in my hundred year old historic home and establishing a pest control schedule. Jacob was my sales rep and he was very accommodating to my schedule and made the whole process so easy. Alex was my technician for the termites and she was a rock star. She first did the treatment on the downstairs areas and spent time to make sure she treated all areas of concern and then came back this week

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The people who come to service the house are some of the most INCOMPETENT people who I have ever had service from. I don't understand why it is SO HARD for these people to CLOSE THE GATE when they are done and are leaving my yard. I posted signage on BOTH sides of BOTH of my gates to "CLOSE THE GATE" simply BECAUSE of these people.
