I've had another Pest Service for years and watched as my beautiful St. Augustine grass slowly withered and died. When I finally got around to investigating why that was, it became clear that my prior service used a "one size fits all" approach and did not tailor the treatments to my specific lawn. Couple thousand dollars of damage done to our property hardscape (curbing and landscaping stones/rocks) and given no compensation or replacements.
