Great service. Friendly and professional.

Their service was not worth the money. My lawn remained unchanged before and after their service. I had them for 7-8 months. You can purchase the product yourself at that monthly price, in fact, for a fraction of that cost. Set aside some time during one weekend each month and spend $20-$30 on the product from Home Depot or Walmart, and that’s it.

I’ve switched to Pest Bear after some time with a previous company and I’m happy with the results. No bugs in the house or outside, and the lawn is looking great! Can’t recommend enough

I calledPedt Bear and explained our problem. Office staff was efficient Nd arranged for service the next day. A new problem with armadillos in our yard. Pest bear responded quickly and applied chemicals to scare them off. After a second application the critters are gone. Thanks

Not sure how this company gets many 5-star reviews. I would steer clear of them if you live in the northern Wesley Chapel, San Antonio Dade City area. I won't roast them too much on here, but they are a fly by night, high volume...don't really care about you company. Nearly all of the lawns in our community with a PestBear sign in front of them look worse than the other lawns with a different company servicing them. Honestly, can't comment on their pest control as we eventually went to another service based on spotty results. Had too many visits from PestBear with unfavorable results. The technicians were "usually" somewhat professional, but would claim they were doing lawn pest control, mosquito control and fertilization/weed control in one trip and would be in and out within 15 minutes. Cancelling service was a nightmare. Ended up having to go to the credit card company to fight for money back after the "Manager" tried to keep us as customers to make things right. Call their line for service and you're greeted with, "At PestBear, you're family!" PestBear might be one of the most dysfunctional families in the area...but hey, aren't we all to some extent. Go with someone else...overpriced and dishonest on multiple levels for the service and customer service they charge for.

This company trying to charge me for a service i didn't scheduled and asked for and decide do it anyway, Managers and employees don't communicated well and that affects your customers. They Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and go with another company that values their customer.

Make sure to know that they increase the prices without letting u know and people r rude.

Numerous times they damaged my lawn spraying it with chemicals that burned and dried my lawn beyond repair, never came back to fix it after I complained

Apparently Dan from pest bear doesn't know what a no soliciting sign means. I have two on my front porch and one on my door. Still he decided to leave this trash tucked in my door next to the sign. Please stop littering these unwanted pieces of trash all over the neighborhood.
