Crenshaw Termite & Pest Control

Crenshaw inspected my home for termites as required by the Dept. of Veteran Affairs. He got under my home and said he checked everything. When he was done he told me that my home is in pristine condition, no termites or any damage from termites. Fast forward a few months later and my living room floor has sunken in due to termites eating away 14 floor joists. This company is a disgrace as they do not give discounts to Veterans and refer to black people as "colored". The manager also said that the virus should be left alone to do what it will. I guess more than a million Americans dying in the pandemic means absolutely nothing to him. I am contacting my lawyer and we will take it from there.

I was having a bad problem with ghost ants and Crenshaw pest control came out and got rid of them in one visit. I even had another pest control company come out prior to them and tell me I had a massive german roach infestation, even though I never saw any roaches. They were trying to get me to pay for an expensive, invasive treatment that they would not guarantee. That's when I found Crenshaw pest control and they completely disagreed with the original company and even said the roach they showed me wasn't a german roach but an Asian roach. I have had NO roaches, ants, or other issues since using them. Their service is also affordable and I will happily continue to use them!
