Hughes Exterminators

I wrote a review about Hughes a day ago and complained about there terrible services. I noticed today that the review has been pushed to not being relevant on their website, shows how they feel about customers. I just wanted to explain why I was not happy with this company. I spent what I thought was a lot of money for their in ground termite services. I was told that they would be back in 6 months to see if any of the in ground stations needed to be re-treated. Now the receptionist says they

I've never written a bad review about a company but I just need to share my experience. The gentleman who came out to the house was not there more than 10 minutes. I witnessed him pull the hose to the backyard but only sprayed a small portion of the back along the fence. I then heard the truck start so I rushed outside to talk with him. He was gone with a $60.00 invoice laying by the front door. No idea if he sprayed the front yard. Very upset because they were recommended by a neighbor

I was very happy with Boltin pest control, but after Hughes/Arrow pest control took over, it has been horrible. They never show up for the scheduled every other month service. I called to have a termite inspection done and no return call. I also think it is deceptive to show the past reviews from Boltin pest control as theirs. When a new company takes over they should acquire their own reviews. It is very misleading!
