Rachel was exceptional ! Kind , respectful, intelligent and made the experience comfortable. Having someone come into your home can feel vulnerable but she’s truly made us feel this like is just a regular thing. Very informative and truly seemed like she knew was she doing, also was extremely honest. Honesty, respect, and kind goes more than a long way these days. Hard to find true examples of professional these days and Rachel was a breath of fresh air when it comes to treating customers with humanity and kindness.
