I agree with all the positive comments about their service. I’ve been a customer for 11 years and have been very satisfied with their customer service. My complaint is that this month they raised my annual termite renewal from $286 to $389. That is a 36% increase in one swoop. I called them thinking it a mistake and was informed that they were doing an across the board increase. They are taking advantage of the situation because our only alternative recourse would be to get another pest control

We bought a newly built home and Cadenhead was the company used to do the initial inspection and prevention. Once we signed on the house we renewed our contract with them for services and our yearly inspection just came due. They contacted us in plenty of time to remind us of our upcoming inspection (which was really nice especially with it being around the holidays) and we’re clear about the price. My family has been with Cadenhead for the past five years. We decided to choose their company because it is a trusted name in our area for pest control. Customer Service is phenomenal, the price is reasonable, and communication is excellent. I always receive texts before my scheduled service appointment so I don't forget. If I call the office and no one is available, I always receive a return call. The technicians that have serviced my home were always friendly and professional.
Melissa is so nice and helpful. Chris is very thorough and did a great job keeping my house and yard bug free. They were also ALWAYS ON TIME! I can't use them anymore because we, unfortunately, moved out of their service area, but if they are ever able to expand, I will definitely 100% get them back! Highly recommend!
Chris Clyatt with Emerald Coast Peat control and his amazing staff are always friendly, attentive and down to take care of those bad bugs. He even sends pictures of our puppies in the back yard when he gives them love and attention! 5 star rating for sure and an amazing guy to take care of your home!!
