We bought a newly built home and Cadenhead was the company used to do the initial inspection and prevention. Once we signed on the house we renewed our contract with them for services and our yearly inspection just came due. They contacted us in plenty of time to remind us of our upcoming inspection (which was really nice especially with it being around the holidays) and we’re clear about the price. When it came time for the technician to come out, he called and was able to come early and was very kind and respectful! He worked quickly but was thorough and when we got the report, we were pleased to know that the preventative measures put in place were working. I definitely recommend this company!
Great people and great customer service!! Donald came right on time and went to work right away. He checked every area and checked our bait traps. Great Service! Great people!!

My family has been with Cadenhead for the past five years. We decided to choose their company because it is a trusted name in our area for pest control. Customer Service is phenomenal, the price is reasonable, and communication is excellent. I always receive texts before my scheduled service appointment so I don't forget. If I call the office and no one is available, I always receive a return call. The technicians that have serviced my home were always friendly and professional.
We've used Cadenhead for years and have always been very happy with their pest control services and the very professional employees who've come to our house. Mr. Gray is our favorite and we enjoy chatting with him as he works. He is always on time, super efficient, and so kind to make sure we have what we need.
The technician was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. It is so nice today to find respectful young gentlemen. Thank you.

Cadenhead has been professional and courteous to my tenants and my wife as they do multiple homes for us. My wife is a good judge of character and never really liked any of the previous company’s technicians. She absolutely adores Dustin! Cadenhead is well liked by the tenants as well. They are polite and on time. Cadenhead calls them directly to schedule, this saves me time. The technicians all seem to really enjoy working there. Keep up the good work guys!
Great service, communication, and support.
Cadenhead has been consistent in meeting their regular schedule for pest treatments. Our home and surroundings have been bug-free ever since and for the several years they have been coming. They have been very responsive to any issues I’ve encountered with random pest appearances, as well. I firmly recommend Cadenhead to resolve any pest-related problems. 👍
We started using Cadenhead as soon as we moved into our home in 2018 and haven't looked back! I cannot recommend them enough! Gene is absolutely amazing! He is so friendly and personable. He always asks how my family is doing (including my MIL who lives in a tiny home in our backyard). He is very careful when spraying inside as we have 3 cats, even though they hide.
Cadenhead was professional and friendly. I am thankful they came earlier than my routine visit as I was experiencing a pest problem that they took care of quickly.
I agree with all the positive comments about their service. I’ve been a customer for 11 years and have been very satisfied with their customer service. My complaint is that this month they raised my annual termite renewal from $286 to $389. That is a 36% increase in one swoop. I called them thinking it a mistake and was informed that they were doing an across the board increase. They are taking advantage of the situation because our only alternative recourse would be to get another pest control company. That would involve a significant up front buy in fee. Raising prices 36% in one year during this time of severe inflation is unconscionable. I left this review with the company on their website yesterday but didn’t get a response. I can only assume that they are more interested in making money than customers feelings. I truly hope this review will help someone make a better informed decision when choosing a pest control company. If they can do this to me after 11 years they can do it to you.

This decision was made after careful consideration of the rising operational costs we've experienced, including labor, materials, and new regulatory requirements. These increases are necessary to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our services.<br><br>Having been a customer for 11 years, you have actually incurred higher increases in the past. Prior to switching from liquid treatment to the Sentricon System, customers would face Booster Treatments, which typically resulted in a 300% increase. This is one of the reasons we transitioned to the Sentricon System. Not only has it been proven to be more effective with its preventive, documented results, but it also allows us to provide a more consistent pricing structure for our customers, avoiding the substantial periodic increases of the standard Booster Treatments.<br><br>Regarding your comment about not receiving a response to your review on our website, we have not been able to locate any other communication. They shared a product to help me. I think that is much better than selling me something that didn't work.
Called to schedule service thought I support a local family business but it’s been 3 days and no one has called me back.
Called about bed bug service, and was quoted $900 per room, with no guarantee whatsoever. Terminix will do whole house for $2600, with 90 day guarantee. If any bed bug is seen in 90 days, they will repeat the treatment.

I give them 3 stars because they have good customer service and are quick to schedule your appointment, but after our WDO was complete they didn't send it too the mortgage company and after several phone tag events they finally said it would be sent by COB and we also requested a copy to be send too us as well, neither have been sent and still waiting on them to finish the loan process.
