The Pro Lawn crew was great. They did a supper job installing our plantings, trees and sod after our pool build. They were professional and communication was always timely with Ryan regarding anything we needed.

The two technicians that installed my irrigation system controller were very knowledgeable and very professional. The woman had experience programming. The young man was very proficient with his installation. My wife and I are very happy with Prolawn.

Fair price. I was told 2 weeks to get ot done came 3 days after I paid the 50%. They came in cut removed and then stump ground. Very clean and professional. I would recommend.

This was the best sod I have ever had installed. This company takes the “Pro” in their name seriously. The crews that come are so nice and that CitraBlue sod is unbeatable, the best thing outta Gainesville Turf Research in years.

Prolawn Re-sod Job TERRIBLE. I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews, & never have hired Prolawn. Even their Work-Order should have alerted me, wherein they state in fine print “NO WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIAL IS GRANTED” Before they began the re-sod job, my lawn was smooth & level, but the grass had died from an unknown disease &/or insect attack. Prolawn machined out the sod, & threw down new pieces with little to no leveling, or grading, or rolling, as if it was a highway-side project. I now have a cow-pasture, - the worst lawn in my lovely neighborhood. It is a lumpy & gnarly mess, even more than 2 months later. The voids, cracks, & spaces between sod pieces are an eyesore & difficult to walk upon. I cannot walk barefoot on it for fear of twisting an ankle in the gaps. My new expensive dream lawn is a fiasco. The attitude & knowledge of the company owner/president was also very disappointing when I requested improvements. He only made matters worse, & thus made more repair work for me. Perhaps Prolawn is capable of grass & shrub cutting service, but certainly not for a sizable re-sod job. Please be warned, & look elsewhere for professional lawn work.

Delivered 2 pallets of St. Augustine sod on time and most excellent customer service. Next time I will let them do the install as I came to realize I’m too old for this at 68. These guys are highly recommendable and the sod was top quality.

Prolawn claims they applied Atrazine to my yard. I have cameras and the service guy wasn’t even at my house 3 minutes. Including the time he came to my door to bill me. I have tried calling multiple times, and the manager will not return my phone calls.

Showed up quickly for a quote and the guy was nice, as well as the front office. Pretty good prices. Just needed new grass planted. After paying a deposit a month went by without anyone showing up to start. I called and it turns out they completely forgot about me. Then they failed to be able to kill the old weeds and grass covering the site. They failed to completely rip out the old weeds and grass and so I had to finish that part myself. Sod install was extremely sloppy. They barely paid any attention to the grading of the dirt. Grass was diseased and is still having a tough time growing. Small pieces of trash left on my property from the crew. They also forgot to perform some concrete demo work that they said they would, so I ended up having to do that myself too. Overall the communication was extremely painful and the team would never show up when they said they would. Felt like I was always their lowest priority, even though I was calling and texting the guy multiple times a day to try and get them to come out each time. By the end of it I felt like I had to do half of the work myself to ensure it looked decent. Sure the price was cheaper than other local competition but if I ever am in need of a landscaping company I am definitely paying a little more to go elsewhere.

ProLawn completed various jobs at my home. They installed gutter drains, seeded and sodded my yard and laid crushed concrete over my driveway. Their focus on detail is what sets them apart. I am pleased with how it all turned out.

I have receipts from the work on this this yard and the bill indicates product that was NOT used but charged for. They will not honor the work because "I didn"t pay to get it done

Work was good lawn looks fantastic did take longer than expected but happy with the quality of work I would use them again.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but these guys have really earned it. I hired Prolawn to do a paver installation underneath a pergola awning I had just built. They took about twice as long as originally stated to begin the project, and never communicated at any point unless I called them to ask where they were. They no showed on us 3 times to begin the job. If I hadn't already paid them for the materials, I would have pulled the plug then. When the crew actually came to do the install they did very amateur work. Their cuts are sloppy, the pavers are uneven in many areas, and there are areas that have improper cuts, which caused large gaps in between the pavers. I had to come home three times from work in one day, because I kept getting calls that they could not make smooth cuts on the corners. I actually had to show them how to make a radius curve after they miscut a corner 3 times. Originally, the design had edges with a long flowing curve on one side. This was changed to a straight line, and the corners were made to simple, hard corners, when I saw that they couldn't even perform a simple radius on the corners. The only installers that knew anything of what they were doing were two Guatemalans that spoke no English, and no one else spoke Spanish or seemed to know at all what they were doing. The only good things that happened were from me speaking directly to the two Guatemalans in Spanish. Really, those two should have been in charge. Everyone else either needs to be trained, or learn to speak Spanish. They dumped concrete in my lawn that they never washed in, and let harden over about a 3 ft diameter area. They left a pile of paver base in my front lawn, which they never cleaned up, when they came back to pick up their remaining pavers. When I reached out to Justin the supervisor/salesman about fixing some of the issues, he told me he would come out to fix them, but never showed up, and has since failed to respond to me on the last couple of attempts. I used to run my own landscaping business, and I tried to be very understanding of things, but I am also in sales and a business person. I firmly believe in service after the sale. There is apparently none of that here. If I had the time, I would have laid the pavers myself, but I work a lot, and try to spend as much of my time with my family as possible. Now, I regret having not done the job myself. I really could have done it better myself. These guys are complete hacks.

Instead of being Pro Lawn they should be called Amateur Lawn just based upon my horrendous experience with Steve! Actually, Steve makes it seem like he doesn’t need your business based upon his lack of professionalism and careless attitude. I called Pro Lawn to get setup for a mowing maintenance schedule on 7/12/18 and spoke with Steve. He told me that they would come out between 9-10am on 7/16/18 to provide a quote. At 9am on the that date I got a phone call that lasted no more than 2 minutes that they google mapped my yard and I was quoted at $100 a month to mow etc. This initially made me somewhat skeptical because my relatives have a bigger yard and pay less than my quote. I agreed because I have family that uses Pro Lawn and they raved about them. I was then told they would mow my residence on 7/19/18. I called Steve this morning 7/20/18 and asked when my yard would be done because it wasn’t mowed yesterday and I was told today due to the rain yesterday. However, they mowed my relatives yard yesterday despite “rain”. I was then called back by Steve and told my Lawn would be done on 7/21/18. Guess what? My Lawn DID NOT GET DONE AGAIN! I really feel as if Steve isn’t interested in my business at all! I find it rather appalling that my relatives referred me to a business that they have enjoyed a positive experience with and I feel completely disrespected! Steve seems very lackadaisical and has no integrity whatsoever! I got setup with Jeremy Woodington’s Lawn Care instead. I called and received an on-site quote and schedule for the same day. Maybe Amateur Lawn can learn from their competition on how to work with their customers.
