Although the technicians were very friendly, their products SUCK. My yard actually looks worse than when I started with them 2 years ago. The products they used have caused MAJOR ISSUES with the health of my trees. My weeds were never gone and seem to have actually increased in the 2 years. I have left multiple messages requesting a call back, as I need to hire a pest control company for ants, and no one ever called me back. I am looking to get set up on regular visits. I guess they don't want my business. Don't be fooled y the high ratings the are very unprofessional!! They don't value my time, but I do, and all they did was waste it! Used these people for lawn service. The first time they came, they provided service as expected. The second service, they never showed up and didn't bother to call and tell me after I waited all day. When I rescheduled the service, the guy didn't know I was working from home because my car was in the garage. He put a sign in the yard and left without doing the lawn service. I immediately canceled my service! AWFUL!!@@@
