Still waiting for the weeds to die!!!!

An awful company and awful customer service. They almost sent me to collections because they messed up on recording my payment. They don't follow customer notes or requests. I said for a year of termite service up front and sold my home. I was told I get a refundcofcthexremsiningcamount and then they go back on their word and tell me no refund because they just acquired a new company and this is their way. So forget that I did business with biogreen and paid them, turfmadter now runs the show. This whole experience from beginning to end has been poor. You call and noone answers, email with no response, numerous messages on the portal with no response. Shady business and practice and theives. They have changed their explanation of what the termite protection is and decided to keep my money when they are not providing a service because I canceled as I sold my home. I would never advise anyone to do business with this company.

Bio Green respond quickly to my cry for help. Unfortunately I was informed that a deep ground mold had attacked my lawn. Fortunately I was told it would come back.

Stephani is very conscientious . She returns texts and phone calls. She explains what she is doing and why.I met Max yesterday. He is very polite and explained everything he was doing and why. Not expensive keep up the good work

My yard has died since hiring Bio Green. They sent a inspector to view my alarm as it was dieing only to be told that nothing is wrong. Will be planting new sod. Avoid this yourself by not hiring Bio Green of Brevard.

Service is good but very pricy. Discount for multiple properties not available - which is deal breaker for me!

Bio green was hired to control moles in my yard. Moles remained, but my plush yard was severely damaged by chemical burn. Overly fertilizing. Even though I was in contract I told them to not return, to stop treating my lawn.

Great service, on time, very friendly and Andy explained what he was doing...looking for. Also pointed out an unsafe product in the garage.

Always on time, courteous, professional, and never needed to be called back.

Andy is amazing he explained everything to me that he was going to do and followed up as well. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend him for his outstanding service! I have now switched pest services since they genuinely want to help and know what they are doing when it comes to pest treatment/services.

Andy performed an inspection on a home that we are buying. He was kind, thorough, and professional. As this is our first house, he made sure we understood what he was doing and made great conversation while doing so. We will definitely use Biogreen if we need anything in the future!

I am very disappointed and disgusted by one of your employees. We are in A funeral procession for an honored military veteran. After being notified of what was taken place, he still proceeded to pull out in the middle of our procession, and not only did he stay for a few miles to ride in the procession, he also let multiple cars in causing complete disruption in our line. I called your office and asked to speak with a manager and I was told no manager was on staff and that they would take down my information and have someone call me back. Melissa is the one who answered the phone and she did not even ask for my number and did not really seem to care about what was happening. The employee turned left just passed dairy Road on US 1 heading north. He was an older gentleman with a white beard and white mustache and driving a white Nissan truck.

A rep stopped out to give a quote and after his sales pitch he insults my wife by telling her it was a waste of his time. All because she wanted to talk to me about it. Didn't leave any information at all for me to look at. Don't even consider this company when getting estimates together.

Not sure if their service works or not since I bug bombed my apartment before I hired them, but the real reason I stopped services is because the customer service sucks. It says on their website they use safe pesticides for animals and kids, and then you call and they literally will tell you exactly what you want to hear and offer a good deal but then they show up and the chemicals are unsafe and the price was different! I felt scammed. I will never recommend these guys to anyone nor use their services ever again! On top of not wanting to continue services they will bombard your emails and voicemails stating you owe them money still even when you cancel. So annoying!! Save yourself time and hassle and bug bomb your house yourself.

I hired this company when I installed a brand new beautiful St. Augustine lawn. Within 1 year, the lawn was lost to ??fungus ??chinch. ?? Bugs ?? They didn’t know. Got several different opinions from them though on the cause, each opinion delivered with complete confidence, I must say. You can make your own decision. Could not recommend.

Used them for almost 4 months and the lawn never improved. Promised weed control and deep green lawn and instead it had more weeds than ever and was brown. Would not recommend.

Very unprofessional. Was told that I would get a call back the following Monday by owner of company who never bothered to call back. Very pushy sales tactics trying to convince me to have a subterranean treatment where they dump chemicals in a trench around my house which I told them after researching I didn’t want to do than afterwards was treated differently because I didn’t go along with specific treatment the manager had told me if I ever needed anything to call him but upon having issues with their dry wood termite treatment for 1300 I was told not to call his personal number and to call the office. When I did I talked to the owner who told me he would call me back the following Monday and never bothered. On contract stated other areas were to be treated but it never happened so obviously I feel ripped off. Don’t use this company over priced and I still have the same problem I did before their supposed treatment. Shady people do not do business with them.

The service did cut down on insects but did not completely end the problem. I finally cancelled by calling and emailing. No person would answer or reply. Finally, while I was out of town they showed up and told the person house-sitting for me they were doing a contract service so he said ok and they sent me the bill. This is a very unprofessional service.
