The tech was on time and did a great job checking the property for rodent entry points. They didn't try selling us anything we didn't need. Ultimately we were already doing what they would do with traps so they didn't charge us for the visit, which was an awesome surprise

Quick and great results. They scheduled our service right away, came out on time and they were professional. Wesley handled our service, he was polite and respectful. Even though it's only been a few days, have yet to see any wasp activity. They also provide monlthy service for my in-laws home. They treat for termites, spiders and other pests, they've done a great job so far and we are very pleased with their service. Definitely recommend!!! Thank y'all!

My service has been great. I would have given it 5 stars but the only reason I didn't was that I was somehow put on auto payment when I did not request it. Hopefully this issue will be fixed by my next service. Service itself is amazing!

Waited all day took time off from work. The specialist rang my doorbell met with me. He only provided services outside but never asked if I needed services inside. Not bad for $95.

Our techs are trained when we ring your doorbell to ask you how the the interior of your home has been and to pop your garage open so we can treat it. We treat the exterior and garage each quarter because the bugs stem from the outside unless there’s a specific bug problem such as German cockroaches etc. we do however treat your interior upon request and If you let your tech know you were dealing with some issues he would’ve went inside with zero questions asked. We have a yes policy with our team. Whatever you need we’ll make happen. You’ve been a client since 8/23/22 and by know you shouldn’t need to treat your interior unless you have a specific issue that needed to be rectified by an interior treatment. Personally haven’t treated my own homes interior in over 3 years now because we religiously treat the exterior and all access points which keeps our home pest free. Also your quarterly rate is not $95 it’s $109 which is the grandfathered in rate. <br><br>One thing I’ve learned over the years is you’ll never please everyone. We texted you an sms text as well as an email a week in advance giving you advance notice your appointment wasn’t until 1:30-3:30 time frame so don’t put it on us that you took the complete day off of work because that was 100% your call and lack of planning. If You had a pest issue we reached out to you three separate times within a week so that way if you did have an issue we can rectify that with your service this week. <br><br>Sincerely, <br><br>Kevin (the owner)

UPDATE: Changed from 5 to 2 stars. Service has degraded over time. The technicians that have been here lately don't even advise that they've finished, have refused to do inside treatment, seem to rush through the process. There's no attention to detail, nothing more than "I'm here", you see them for a few moments, then notice they're gone. No "You can close your garage door now" let alone a "Thanks for letting us serve you today - do you have any questions?". Next to no interaction. Maybe I still expect too much from service industries... ===== First visit- the technician was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Great service! We'll be signing up for the annual treatment if the following is successful. They support our veterans with a service discount as well! The follow-up visit was even better. They caught a couple of things that the first technician may have missed, and make sure they did an absolutely spectacular job in the spring both internal and external to our house. They treated some areas in our yard that seem to have some ant activity as well as spraying the perimeter of the property very thoroughly. Highly recommended, affordable, and exceptionally thorough. We originally had a very extensive problem with wasps and hornets under our gutters, and haven't seen any since!

That technician you’re referring to thankfully is no longer with us. I dropped them. Technician came out did half the job. Called office and they sent him back and he only sprayed half. Guy couldn't wait to leave. Amazing owners a few miles away and shoulda came out himself.

Not sure how good of a job was done with treating the home, but the worker we had was not personable or friendly,or at least he came off that way. Asked questions and was not given much of a response. Past experiences were great. Maybe he was having a bad day. Will continue to use them, unless this becomes the norm.

Neighbor recommend that I try this service of Webenex. I am not impressed the technician took about 10 minutes. The value isn't there for the service provided. Ther were supposed to clean any webs and eves on the initial service did things they could reach while standing on the ground but nothing like promised second floor not done.

Hi Chris. After reviewing your invoices and checking with your technician, Weston spent over 20 minutes at your residence. As far as your second story eaves and overhangs, our technicians are trained to clean cobwebs and any signs of nesting from the interior of the home if they are unable to reach it from the exterior with their 30 foot de-webber pole. We service homes that are 3 and 4 stories high, we have no issues reaching the webs. It appears you were not home for both of your services, only your wife was home. When we have issues this concerning, we normally like to meet with the client in person to make sure we exceed your expectations and have clear communication between all parties involved instead of trying to resolve it over Google.

Terrible company. Doesn't pay their workers and does an awful job. I asked for them to get spiders out of my home and a few days later I found multiple spiders in my home!

Update: Unfortunately, the spray provided by this company wasn't strong enough to kill the fleas. We ended up contacting another sprayer that suggested we spray ammonia mixed with water and lemon juice. After that the fleas were dead. This company was very friendly so I would not discourage anyone from using them. However the success of the spray depends on the severity of the infestation. All our animals are on bravecto and we will now stick to using ammonia and water. It's much cheaper and effective.

Hey Melissa, Depending how long the family of fleas were there it just took extra time for the entire life cycle to be complete. I wish you called us back out! Fleas and ticks do need to be maintained on a regular basis and when they’re really bad like they were they will need another application. I’m glad you found a solution. Enjoy your week. Kevin
