Also a complete service of the house (windows, doors and the garage). They were respectful of the property and welcomed the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns that I might have. Their customer told me that it was a monthly service plan and that I could cancel at anytime. I found another company that does 3x more than Avata for $15 more. I called to cancel my service and was told there is a $300 cancellation fee. The told me it was in my contract. I don’t even have a copy of my contract. Not in my email no paper copy nothing. Despite having a clearly visible “NO SOLICITING” sign on my door, this company continues to ignore it. One of their sales representatives knocked on my door THREE times in a single day trying to sell their services. This is not normal persistence, it is a complete lack of respect for homeowners and basic boundaries.
