Their customer told me that it was a monthly service plan and that I could cancel at anytime. I found another company that does 3x more than Avata for $15 more. I called to cancel my service and was told there is a $300 cancellation fee. The told me it was in my contract. I don’t even have a copy of my contract. Not in my email no paper copy nothing. I only agreed to service because I was told I could cancel at anytime. Before agree to any type of service with them I suggest you check other comp
Updated for 3/23/26 services. I say services because the work performed by technicians Austin R and his associate included inspection, treatment, and prevention. Also a complete service of the house (windows, doors and the garage). They were respectful of the property and welcomed the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns that I might have. Big shout out to Synjin Conner! He came out and did a full inspection and got in our attic. Explained how extrusions were torn out from the new roof we got and why we should seal up all of them. Explained the importance of trapping before doing the job. And gave me a much better quote than others. Very thankful for him being thorough and thoughtful. Turner does Steel extrusions sealing compared to others that just talked foam and epoxy which I feel more confident in

Quick and great results. They scheduled our service right away, came out on time and they were professional. Wesley handled our service, he was polite and respectful. Even though it's only been a few days, have yet to see any wasp activity. They also provide monlthy service for my in-laws home. They treat for termites, spiders and other pests, they've done a great job so far and we are very pleased with their service. Definitely recommend!!! Thank y'all!
