I had a great experience with NexGen Pest Control, thanks to Jesus! He was extremely professional, personable, and thorough throughout the entire service. He made sure to treat every area of my home carefully, getting into all the crevices and spots that are easy to miss. I came to see an elderly family member in Florida. We noticed some wood debris and a possible carpenter ant issue, so I googled pest control in the area and read the reviews for Nextgen and thought they were great. I decided to call and they sent out Mario. He was friendly, thorough, he knew what he was doing and handled it before it became a bigger problem. I tried every over the counter products for our drain flies, and it was just a waste of money. Finally, I called NextGen, and they sent Mario out. He was professional and really knew exactly what to do, and got to the root of the problem quickly. Hiring NextGen was absolutely worth it no more drain flies!

Mosquitoes were taking over our yard, so we called Nextgen pest and they sent Mario out. He was super, thorough and now we can actually enjoy our backyard again. Definitely going to be calling them back for monthly follow ups moving forward.

We had a bad ant problem that started outside and was making its way inside. Mario from NextGen came out, quickly identified the source, and treated both the exterior and interior. The results were amazing, and our home is ant-free now. I’d definitely use NextGen Pest Solutions again

I have no idea how this company has so many 5 star reviews. The communication is terrible, there were multiple days where they were supposed to show up and did not, and when they finally did come they couldn't catch a single Iguana in our entire HOA. Very disappointing.

On my initial visit I requested a morning appt twice. Its 1 PM and still have not got a call. Very unprofessional.

Edited on 11/14/23 Service has gone downhill in the last 6 months. I was told a technician was coming to my home for my bimonthly service yesterday and no one showed up. No call, no text, no notification. I tried multiple times to call and no one answers the phone. After wasting a whole day for their technician to come they refused to reschedule at a time that was convenient for me. Contract canceled! I called Nextgen Pest Solutions this morning due to ants we’ve been seeing in our home. They were able to give us an appointment the same day. Our technician Steve was very accommodating for the time frame I requested and called to let me know his estimated arrival time. He was very thorough in his inspection of my home and clearly communicated the plan for eradicating our pests. Highly recommend Nextgen Pest Solutions!

Unfortunately, Nextgen hasn’t been able to get our ant problem under control. We had pest control before (with good results - ants were rarely seen) and we decided to change, but we are rethinking that decision because the ants have never been worse. Not only has Nextgen been to the house 2 x (3rd tomorrow) but the ant problem seems worse. The tech keeps telling me it’s the trees in our yard, but the trees weren’t an issue with the other company. Also, I requested a different technician since this one isn’t able to get the problem under control and the company insists it is the only tech available. Super frustrated!!! How hard can this be?

They simply stopped showing up. Can’t say the quality was very good as the problem still existed 6 months later but to simply stop showing up is extremely unprofessional. I think I’m better off. No service and no quality.

We just started with this company, so I don’t have a first-experience other than the very first visit. It will take a little while to have a real effect on the mosquitos. They came recommended from a friend, who has had a very good experience with the service.
