I paid about $90 to have a termite inspection of the home I’m buying. Got my report within about 24 hours but the report says basically, they couldn’t get into the attic where they needed to go but they didn’t see any signs of living or dead termites... Each part of the inspection says they couldn’t access. I don’t understand how you did an inspection or charged money if you couldn’t do what you needed to do. Glad it was at least enough to allow us to follow through buying the house. Just don’t
