Ace Pest Control

No problems in the 5+ years I was with ACE. Now that Rocket bought them out, total incompetence. Just cancelled my service. Good riddance!

I have been using Ace for 16 years loved the service they provided when they sold, I canceled my service with rocket, not the same as Roy, he was a great to deal with.

I’ve been a happy customer of Ace Pest Control for almost 10 years. But at the end of last year the owner sold the business to Rocket Pest Control. Ever since Rocket took over the service has been terrible. I’ve had multiple issues with their billing and now I’m finding it difficult to cancel their service.

*Edit* My wife and I have been trying to get in touch with this company for 2 months. I have called many times, but they never answer the phone. I have left 2 voicemails and texted one of the technicians on his personal phone. My next step will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We have used this company for almost a decade and have been able to avoid any issues. They come out bi-monthly to prevent and inspect. We inform them if we see something, and they handle it right away.

They have been our pest control service for more than a decade! Excellent service inside and outside. Very reasonably priced. Definitely a keeper.

Been using them for years, Roy and Ed are good guys and as honest as they come. I've had no pest issues thanks to their service, and anytime I see a few ants in my house I call them to come out, which they do for free when you purchase the full year's service, and when you get the full year service you get a 10% discount. 👍👍

We had Ed from Ace Pest Control over because we heard “sounds” in the attic and assumed mice. He immediately diagnosed “bats” based on excrement. He gave us a detailed remediation plan and kept us informed every step of the way. Ten days later, no bats! Everything is sealed up tightly now. Ed was professional, punctual and pleasant to deal with it. He texted us to check in and see how things were progressing with the exits of the bats (through a one way door). We were very pleased with all aspects of this “projects. We would definitely recommend Ed and ACE Pest Control. THANK YOU!!!

Service itself was OK for many years although concerns that were brought up were typically met with argument from Roy he is definitely not a customer is always right type person my friend in Riverview was also brief customer but was treated even worse and had a lot of attitude from the same Roy person I don’t know what the deal is with the attitude and if you notice all negative reviews are met with denial they were customers. Sort of sums up the mindset of the management of this company - control the perception even if you need to lie.

Always have been very happy with the service. Serviceman Mr. Lott who came out last visit as well as some previously is always professional, courteous, and efficient. Explains everything he will be doing and what my next steps should be if problem still exists

Blake did a great job treating our warehouse for pest control. He was professional, helpful and fixed our issue. We would recommend him again.

Guy starts cussing me out because I was driving and could not give him my credit card info at 5 minutes to 5 (4:55 pm) while driving on the Howard Franklin. Complete jerk. This was for a termite inspection for a new house purchase (500k) and could t wait 30 minutes or that morning Stay far away as the rest of the reviews say.

I would NEVER recommend this place to no one they charge me $500 for a year of treatment and warranty to get rid of roaches... a year past by and I'm still having the problem... they wanted to give me a 20% descount if I did one more year with them.. i would NEVER ever recommend this place at ALL!!

Thank god I read reviews! I was looking for a pest control company, but after reading the responses to customers complaints, from the company, I definitely will keep looking!! You guys are doing yourself in!

These people are beyond corrupt!!! They scam you for your money. They multiplyed my german roach infestation for this house i needed to sell an as a home flipper i find that so unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend these people they are beyond rude and wont refund your money back and I highly recommend you should go some where else to exterminate your pest problems!

The most unprofessional people I have ever met

I canceled my appointment via voicemail due to my days off being rescheduled and asked for a call back to schedule for today Tuesday. Never received a call back so I planned other things for the day. 330 comes and I get a phone call saying they're at my house (I'm not home). I informed the gentleman of this he said well my office staff said they talked to someone (they never did). We ended the phone call on terms I would call and reschedule once I was home and could check my next day off. The staff office member called me back not even 3 minutes after the past control guy and tried to "jog my memory of the phone call we had" that we never had btw. I told him I'm sorry sir I never talked to anyone he then proceeded to say that's what they call short term memory loss and hung up on me. Well here's your 1 star rating and loss of my business because I refuse to give someone my business after saying that to me. You pretty much just said I was retarded without saying it. I have a family member with dementia and this was really wrong to say to me period. There are hundreds of other places to go and yours won't be a second thought!

We treated the problem with pesticides from home Depot. Can't complain about the actual people doing the treatment they are not the problem. Our ants and spider problems never went away. Cancelled November 2016
