Got multiple estimates but Mike Diaz was the only one who really seemed to know what he was talking about, and he was the only one who took the time to thoroughly explain what he recommended for treatment and why. Definitely an expert! It was an easy choice for our peace of mind and trust in the solution. There is no comparison between EcoSmart and the other guys - even the biggest names in the business couldn’t compete with their expertise, solution and cost. Mike is the BEST!!!

Fantastic first experience with Chad! We needed more comprehensive and animal friendly pest control, and got a door hanger the same week. He was our expert guide and gave us a thorough walk-through of their service and guarantee and was with us again to complete baiting and treatment. Chad was friendly and made sure that we completely understood each step as he was treating the inside and outside of the house. Always great about appointment reminders. I receive quarterly service and price is reasonable. Have used EcoSmart for several years now. Recent technician, Michael Diaz, was very professional and prompt. Appreciated that he put on shoe covers before entering house.

Quoted 1 dollar a sqft to do a pre treatment spray on a new house way over priced. So for a 2000 sqft house they want $2,000 dollars talk about price gouging

Dear Jerald, <br>Thank you for your feedback. There appears to be a misunderstanding. Our pre-treatment pricing is $1 per square foot for small areas/add-on structures under 900 SQ. FT. You had requested a estimate on 650 SQ. FT, so we priced accordingly. A 2,000 sq ft home does not equal a $2,000 treatment as there is a discounted fee for full structure pre-construction treatments. Unfortunately, you hung up on our representative before he could explain anything further.<br>Our pricing reflects industry standards and includes professional-grade products, proper application per building plans, and compliance with local and state regulations. Ecosmart is a very hard working and professional company. My service tech, Chad, is relentless in helping me get rid of the rodents in my house. Both informative and intuitive, Chad ensures I understand the problem and how to solve it. In just a short period of time he has dramatically reduced my infestation and I can see being rodent free very soon.

They showed up at my house in a non soliciting neighborhood. They knocked aggressively several times and wouldn’t leave then proceeded to ask if im the only person home. I felt unsafe for 2 men asking if i am home alone. Please be aware of your door knockers and the rules of each neighborhood

Signed up for a year, went ahead and paid for the year 2 months ago. Asked if they would come out of there was a problem. " Of course". Just came across a Brown Recluse inside pool screen. Gave them a call and asked if they could out and spray around pool screen. They said they would be out next month for a scheduled service. Would not come out before. Tried to stress that is about the only pest I don't need in my house, the bite is horrific and flesh eating. Like talking to a wall. Too bad I paid for a year. But he made a note for them next month. Just to add, wife now going around house with Home Defense, came across another large Brown spider in garage. No need to call

We were using EcoSmart for pest control. Discovered we had a termite infestation on a Friday. Called and spoke to Steve. Said when he goes into the office on Saturday, he would check his schedule. Called on Saturday and said when he gets into the office on Monday he could schedule us. Never got a call on Monday. If it's not a priority for them, then we didn't feel it was a priority to keep them as our pest control company. Canceled our service.

The tech that initially came out made several guarantees that were not fulfilled at the time of service. I did not mind paying the amount I did and no compensation was offered when I brought this to their attention. Very dissatisfied with their services. EDIT: My husband was there, as I stated and there were issues after the alleged service that was provided. There was no use in you all coming out to service my home, if nothing was even done to begin with. Please hold yourselves accountable. You all were a waste of my time and money

The team started good, but was quite normal nothing to be wowed. The rates are not high or low. However it was totally a clean property we moved in and they are doing pest control from day1. Steve also helped me put some Coyote poop for squirrels. It was ok till it was not, cockroaches started appearing, ant lines too, I called them once in between for free service for ants which they did, but nothing much, ants still there. Roaches increasing, till I said them it is not working out and refused service. That trigerred a phone call where they said they will take care of the roaches with no extra charge, so i took my time and scheduled again. After waiting patiently they said nothing was said to do roach service for free!!! That is unprofessional, if I have refused service why will I reschedule the same service without a reason to do so ??? Made me sound like I was lying and I was not. Looking for a new provider now, lost so much time too !!!!

However, the technician noted that there was a German Cockroach infestation when initially inspecting the property. The technician did extra work that is not part of the agreement for the squirrels. That being said, we require that our customers get the German Cockroaches treated before we proceed with our preventative subscription services for other crawling pests. The office also called to schedule a required-included follow up service to treat the Cockroaches, which was declined by the customer. After declining the included follow up, and refusing service for two weeks, the customer then requested to have the included follow up. The terms and conditions agreement states that only one follow up is included for one-time services, and if that included service is declined, then there will be a charge if another re-service is requested. Hello Kenneth,<br>Sorry about the confusion, but Groupon advertises a preventative pest service only, and clearly states so before you buy the Groupon service. This means that the Groupon service will not be applicable if you already have a pest infestation. However, if you have purchased the Groupon already, we will honor and deduct that price from your initial pest service. Inspections are completely free of charge. If you don't want the Groupon service or purchased it by mistake, you are able to get a full refund for your money through Groupon. Please read the fine print before you purchase the Groupon.<br><br>Thank you!
I purchased a groupon to use this company's service. However, they pushed our appointment time twice stating inconvenience and what not. After speaking to the dispatcher, he stated "we do not prioritize groupon". So this is a fyi to customers purchasing a groupon to use with this company you will not be prioritized and your appointments may get push back for "priority" customers.
