Friendly, responsive, trustworthy and we've had zero "critter" issues.

I've been a customer of Krit-X for a number of years. They are quick, honest and reputable. I don't have to remember to call them; they call me, which is very much appreciated. The initial call I made was for mice. They also spray outside for any outside insects. I've had no issues with either. Summers have been pleasant and bug free.

Called to inquire about a free estimate for carpenter bee and wasp extermination and received a call back within 10 minutes from Lorenzo, who was very nice and answered all of my questions! I didn't feel pressured to do the service whatsoever. Decided to go ahead with it and they were able to come out on the same day! I know the weather hasn't been as nice as it had been but I almost immediately noticed a difference (though they say it takes a few days to really kick in). I'm already very happy with the service and we will see with time how well it really works!

Krit-x is an amazing family owned small business! They are super quick to come out and help manage your critter problems. They are extremely knowledgeable and take time to educate their customers on the pests that they’re dealing with and what their options are. Lorenzo is super thorough and with his treatments and takes incredible care to respect your house and belongings. Plus when you call them you get to talk to a human! Kathy is amazing and timely with info. All around a great business to work with.

This family owned business is ruined by the wife who answers the phone. After probably 8 years of being a loyal customer, she became so rude, I left.

I would never call anyone else, Lorenzo is knowledgeable, honest and sincere. My most recent experience was for bees. The problem is fixed but most importantly, I was treated with respect. I told him that when he was here and he said all he ever does is treat customers the way he would like to be treated. In these trying times, it's a comfort to do business with such a classy company.

I was looking for an exterminator for both mice and other insects. Within a few hours of contacting them on their website, I received a phone call. The next day Krit x was at my house with a friendly and quick exterminator. They explained everything they were going to do and the plan on going forward, and I now have reassurance that my pest problem will be taken care of.

Quick and responsive

Too bad for the male owner of this family-owned business that the female owner is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I thought I was talking to seasonal help with the lack of knowledge and assumptive, rude remarks made. No empathy or bedside manner whatsoever any of the times we have communicated with her.

It’s been like 4 years since we used them to get rid of ants and carpenter bees and we’ve been good since.

This local, family owned business is top notch. Knowledgeable, considerate, thorough and friendly. Price is reasonable and they are always responsive. Highly recommend!
